Baskin-Robbins has a new model for this Christmas Season, and it's no other than popular girl group, 2NE1!

YG Entertainment's 2NE1 is following the steps of their seniors, Big Bang, in endorsing the popular ice cream product brand.

"The music, the hairstyles, and trendy fashion and personalities of the four girls make them an ideal culture idol that the younger generation can look up to, and making them the perfect endorsers for the Basin-Robbins ice-cream cake," said a BR representative.

Their idol status would be perfect to represent the Baskin-Robbins ice-cream cake, and their endorsement is expected to make good business. Christmas sales are expected to rise, due to their endorsement.

With the song, "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree" by, the girls are shown in the CF frolicking around a snow-covered village, as pink-clad Santa Clauses. The matching dance step to the upbeat song portrayed the girls in another different, cute style. The dance is called the "Penguin Dance" and has already gathered popularity since the release of the CF.
