Cap is by the brand Vetements. Seems to be SM stylists' favorite brand to dress the idols in lately.

iirc they also have a cape/jacket with POLIZEI on the back and some dude from my country got in trouble for wearing it he almost got sued by the actual police here bc the vetements jacket looks so similar to the real one
