Hi babes! How's your friday going? And how funny/dumb is the whole CLC fiasco. I would like to thank their very dedicated anti(s) for getting me interested in another girl group. I only started posting their teasers because the only one submitting them was said anti, complete with baiting and mean titles. I'm glad I'm genuinely enjoying this comeback and concept though, all the makeup looks so fun and I really like their new sound. I hope it works out for the girls. :D

I know exactly what you mean and I agree. I actually don't think it's exclusive to Omona right now either.

I think for as long as I've been into kpop it's been sort of part of the ebb and flow of ggs. like right now we have a bunch of ggs in ascendancy at sort of comparable points in their careers, and it brings out the competitiveness. I feel like this happened a few years ago too with the last wave of ggs? hopefully it settles. as someone who's more into ggs than boy groups I like the variety we have right now.

I had a crazy week I've been working non stop I can't wait for the week-end. Also, I've been avoiding watching Goblin ep13 because I can't emotionally bring myself to watch it. I'm too weak but eventually, I'll have to do it. :"(

On a happier note, my Queen Kim Seul Gi is back with a new drama: Queen of the Ring! I watched all the teasers and I can't wait for it I love her so much, plus Ahn Hyo-Seop is just too cute, I loved him in One more happy ending <3

This week my my high school class reunion dates were announced and I feel old now. But it's $75 per person for a dinner(and whatever else they're doing) and I don't think I care to spend that much money to see people I don't even remember. With the exception of my bffs and I can go visit and see them for relatively free. I could also spend that $75 on something I actually want or need.

On another note our kitten's sick so we have to take her to the vet tomorrow. I had been hoping to buy some art supplies but I'lI have to put that off now.

i started a new drama in celebration of the (short) break i'm getting!! it's a chinese one called when a snail falls in love - and it's really good so far! *crossing fingers that it stays that way*

also - because i was marathoning the drama into the night, i managed to catch music bank live and now i'm suddenly interested in that new solo named 'I'. also i wasn't really a fan of the idea of a seventeen highlight ot13 version (mainly cause i was afraid jun would lose the lines he got) but surprisingly i liked their performance of it?? (and jun kept my favorite part of his so i'm good haha)

The only interesting thing happening in my life rn is that I have a job!! An actual proper job!! After graduation and in my own profession! (Lol this is the thing that everyone I've talked with has been "shocked" about, she studied graphic design and actually found a work in her field!)

I was dreading the process of having to looks for jobs after graduation last December, but I never needed to, as my first choice, the place I had my internship at last year, was glad to hire me. I'm also a bit nervous since this is my first proper job and I feel like there's so much things about the working life idk about, to mention I over-think stuff anyways, but yeah, I hope I figure it out.

But yeah that's one weight lifted off my shoulders for now.

hi omona! i don't know if i mentioned this, but i did get my raise and it looks like all of my backpay has been fixed too! yay me! went to the eye doctor and dentist this week, good news, i don't have to get new glasses this year, bad news, i have to face the enviable and get a crown on one of my teeth. boo. so now i have to save for that along with BTS, good thing i don't have to do that until may, but still. it's alot of money and my insurance will only cover half. boo. so i'm gonna be out $540. this year that i could have spent on other things.

on another note, ya'll know what's happening in the states today, i'm trying to be positive, but on the other hand i hope all chaos erupts and it's a downward spiral in the gates of hell. happy friday!

Hello omona!! I'm here for some advice!

Since my moms diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's I really haven't been able to pull myself out of this rut. I keep crying and I can't sleep and I don't feel like doing work or anything and this is one of the hardest and most stressful quarters of my life but I'm really struggling so if anyone has any ideas on how to help that would be awesome!!

I think looking at every small thing you accomplish and seeing it as a HUGE accomplishment helps. Like even getting out of bed, or brushing your teeth, or eating. Just look at small things and say "hey I did that today i'm proud of myself". I know music always helped me and idk if that works for other people but just listening to soothing music or even music that fits a somber mood really can help. it's an outlet.
