i don't really understand the mv but the aesthetic is sooo good and i'm so glad she went in this direction over the cute innocent concept that i thought she'd be forced into. like i think regardless of how unique or not this song is, it's definitely different to what people would expect from her. so i think that's a little bit of why i love it a lot, too.

My first listen and watch of this moved too quickly. I feel like he video was moving too fast and I was trying to understand. I'm over this whole random scenes inserted for aesthetic and metaphor crap that has been in K pop for the last 2(?) years. Rarely does it make since and all it does is take up space for what could have been relevant shots. I really need to listen to the song by itself, but it definitely doesn't sound bad. Seohyun really came through tbh. Also I love the story

yeah, I wish they'd quit doing that! I mean, Married to The Music at least executed the "random, surreal weirdness" aesthetic well enough that it was memorable (to me at least). But in this it's just...there. It's lazy, like they couldn't be bothered developing a proper concept so they just sprinkled some weird looking shit here and there to make it ~unique.
This is not bad overall, she looks great and even if song is not something revolutionary seems like she can sell this/feel comfortable taking this direction, BUT...
