Ladies' Code on Immortal Song!

The January 7 episode of the KBS 2TV show “Immortal Songs” saw the talented group Ladies’ Code sing a powerful tribute to hope as they entered the new year.

Ladies’ Code chose to sing “Butterfly” by Loveholic, a song released in 2009 on the OST of the hit movie “Take Off.” Before their performance, in their interview with the producer, the group said that they wanted to sing the song to their members, RiSe and EunB, who passed away in a car accident on 2014. They said that they will carry on the dreams of their members and they did just that with their emotional performance.

After their performance, Ladies’ Code could not hold back their tears as they thanked the fans who had been waiting for them all along. The panel cast members did not hold back on their praise for the group, saying that it felt like they were flying alongside them.

Their vocals have improved so much, especially Ashley and Zuny's.
And when Sojung hit that last highnote I started tearing up. I am incredibly proud of these girls.

after listening to this, I looked up a translation of the lyrics and now I'm bawling. I love these girls so much, they are incredible and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Sojung's voice is incredible but ia both Ashley and Zuny improved so much. I really hope they'll get the recognition they deserve, they've been through so much and they keep moving forward and getting better!

After their performance, Ladies' Code was trending #1 on Naver, Daum & Melon (https://twitter.com/LC_JaneDoe/status/817712935522869252)! They actually stayed #1 on Melon for a bit more than an hour but unfortunately they couldn't get back into any of the charts. But even trending this high is a big accomplishment! Time for them to shine and rise!

Sojung's range and her voice is just....incredible! Also I'm happy she's gained weight she looks good! Ashley's voice was always a favorite of mine but her and Zuny have seriously improved so much. I'm so proud of these women. They are so amazing and talented and you can tell they loved Rise and EunB so much. I cried like a baby when they started showing pictures.

I love that song, I used to listen to it a lot a couple of years ago.
They did it justice, sang it so well, being so beatiful and talented, I hope this will bring more atention to their music from the korean public.
