News of group S.E.S member Shoo’s upcoming wedding with national pro basketball player surfaced on 18th November.
The news of the Shoo’s marriage came as Shoo was known to have contacted a wedding company for her upcoming wedding recently. It is also known that her husband-to-be is also currently playing for the pro-basketball season. And the 2 are preparing for their wedding earnestly.
A wedding staff said, “There has been many speculations about Shoo’s marriage earlier next year. But we have been told not to reveal the identity of the fiance. They will only reveal it after the games, so that he can prepare for the games peacefully without the hassle from the media.”
Shoo is the member of one of the representative girlgroups in Korean pop history. And hence news about her wedding has come as of much interests from fans and netizens.
She debuted as part of S.E.S in 1997, and has been active in movie and musical appearances after the group disbanded in 2002.
But it looks like the identity of Shoo’s boyfriend isn’t so much of a secret after all. Just a few minutes ago, it has been revealed that Shoo’s boyfriend is none other than basketball player, Lim Hyo-sung.
Shoo was actually questioned about being in a relationship with Lim Hyo-sung, after having been seen cheering for him at a game, last November. At the time, Shoo denied all relationship rumors by stating the Lim Hyo-sung was actually a good friend of Eugene’s. But apparently not.
If Shoo actually follows through with this wedding, she will be one of the first original idol members to get married. Apparently, due to this reason, a lot of interest is surrounding Shoo and her wedding plans, putting her in the spotlight. And according to an acquaintance of Shoo, this has put a lot of pressure on the former idol star and has caused her to be extra cautious while preparing for her marriage.
An official of Lim Hyo-sung has confirmed that Shoo and Lim Hyo-sung are a pair but there has been no word from the couple regarding marriage issues.
