All started because when Twice went to Knowing Brothers Heechul said he was a fan and danced to Momo's part (the one she is dancing in the MV when Heechul "fells in love" while watching her) which later it kind of got viral.
To make it short: Momo and Heechul have been together in a couple of different shows and everyone knows he is a big fan of her. And also him and Min Kyung Hoon have some kind of bromance going on this show (I only watched a couple of episodes and some clips but it looked like that). So I guess the MV is a result of mixing those. There is probably some other reference that I don't know.

from the few episodes i've seen of knowing bros indeed i understand where heechul and kyung hoon bromance came from
just momo presence is what imo dont match well

but when i saw a clip from knowing bros next episode, all made a little bit of sense .... while discusing mv concept heechul called a bunch of his friends and all of them declined to appear on this mv, just then i guess momo was the next option, if she wasnt part of the original mv idea of course the result looks a little bit random
