I'm not sold on all the songs in the repackage the way I was with 1 of 1 (not a fan of too many ballads, but Korea might like them), but I'm really pleased with their line distributions. Also, VOCALS ON POINT!!!

Rescue is the superior song in this album. Title track Tell Me What to Do is a grower, as well as Beautiful Life. I think If You Love Her will grow on me eventually (but it seems cheesy...), however Wish Upon a Star is too slow for my taste. They sound surprisingly mature in this album. Overall it gives off a nostalgic, heartbroken, I-will-be-spending-Christmas-alone vibe. I am sad I never got the Jonghyun-Onew-Taemin and Minho-Key songs haha, I expected too much from the teaser pics. :))

Also, I would like to say SM is a little shit, I expected the MV to come out at midnight and I stayed awake waiting even if I have to go on 36-hour duty at the hospital tomorrow. T_____T

I have only listened to the title track and nah, prolly one of my least favourite title tracks from shinee. I normally don't mind Minho's raps but wow, this wasn't good lol. I wonder if the MV will make me change my mind but...idts.

actually before they announced the repackage and it seemed almost doubtful that we'd get one part of me was hoping shinee would release a christmas mini as compensation. that didn't happen obviously, but this repackage almost gives off that kind of vibe so i'm happy. i'm normally not big on ballads, but since i've had some time to get used to the thought i enjoyed listening through the album. the overall feeling is so soft and perfect for the season/my current mindset.

songwise, tell me what to do is like nothing i've heard before so it lives up to that mess of a genre description we got (and i can't believe i bought into sm's lie that the title would be a ballad). i really like it though.

rescue kicked my heart to the gutter holy shit i know i'm going to be Obsessed with it. if you love her is so pretty (i'm a total sap but it made me feel loved lol). those three are my favorites but i think both wish upon a star and beautiful life will grow on me, if only because the vocals are great on them.

also the instrumentals are a neat touch!

lol sm tricked us so much with saying the title track would be ballad, def more upbeat than i expected, tell me what to do is gorgeous and i enjoy it more and more every time i listen to it, only the transition from chorus -> minho's part is a lil strange but nothing I can't get used to u.u

idk why ppl aren't liking wish upon a star, this was exactly the time of song i was expected (as an title tracke even), really beautiful soft song and def gives me a christmas vibe (aLSO CHOOOOI MINHO'S VOICE TT______TT) same with if you love her, gorgeous song (ok a lil cheesy but who cares, those vocals too beautiful to get annoyed for a lil cheesiness)

personally resue is lowest on my list (i'm so shocked with how many ppl have it as fave tho???) but okay, Beautiful Life is pretty too, Key's def standing out for me <3

only lil upset shinee releasing the mv @ 9 am kst....srsly....just like sm screwed up red velvet's mv???? idk yet if i will stay up or not but I'm really looking forward to the mv, the teaser was amazing!

i love beautiful life, it's not as slow as wish upon a star so it's cool.
i also love rescue!

i haven't really enjoyed their latest releases much, odd and mttm sucked (tho i did like view) and so did 1 of 1 but this is nice! i liked all the songs on first listen. this repack reminds me a lot of their first album, which is one of my favorite kpop albums, such a pleasant surprise!

ifans are so biased against ballads, no matter how good they are, but will eat up the trashiest, most obnoxious dance tracks lol. like, i still can't believe people consider the red a masterpiece and think the velvet is bad when the exact opposite is the case, bye!

also minho's rap annoyed me a lot more in 1 of 1 than it did in tmwtd.

ia!!! about ballads!!! i loooooooooove them and, tbh, i'm just as guilty of eating up obnoxious dance tracks but i like balance all around. but, eh, i won't complain. i honestly like all of the tracks on the repack and it gives them a chance to showcase their vocals so no complaints from me.

I really like Tell Me What To Do, except for Minho's "rap" which was jarring and really bad. Just let him sing.
Probably going to be in the minority here, but not overwhelmingly fond of Rescue, that and If You Love Her were the weakest tracks for me.

I'm not too found of ballads. Tell Me What To Do is beautifully soft but it got repetitive at some point. It's like 1 of 1 so far for me, I really like the ideas that made this album happen, the line distribution and vocal performances are on point, but there's something missing. Granted part of it is because of my personal tastes but it's the first time this happens to me with SHINee.
I like Rescue though! Great song. And I still have to listen to the other two :)
Really looking forward to the MV and live performances!

I love it! Rescue is the best song on the album, it should've been the title track. Tell Me What to Do isn't bad, but it's missing something for me.

I'm not sure if I'm in my feelings for whatever reason, but I had tears in my eyes throughout listening.

I love TMWTD. I wish the guitar was stronger in the verses, but even hearing it for that amount does it for me. If they don't ever perform an acoustic version of this song with just a guitar, it will have been an opportunity wasted.

Rescue is way more up my alley and the better song in terms of what I like. But it'd be a lie if I said I wasn't a sucker for a ballad, even when I don't know it. I'm not too sure about the other songs right now, but they'll grow on me.

Since I usually prefer SHINee's ballads to their other tracks I was super excited about this album beforehand, but I'm not sure how I feel about the release now 'cause I do like, but not love Tell Me What to Do, however, Rescue is absolutely gorgeous track (and should have been the title track instead) and I also really love If You Love Her. but on the other hand Wish Upon A star and Beautiful Life are just okay tracks. So two great tracks, one good track, and two fillers.
