Eric Nam and MAMAMOO’s Solar are leaving “We Got Married.”

According to industry sources on November 8, “Eric Nam and Solar are filming ‘We Got Married’ for the last time on [November 9], marking an end to their time as a married couple.”

The couple joined the show this past April, and received so much love for the combination of Solar’s playfulness and Eric Nam’s sweet nature.


Sleepy and Lee Guk Joo will be the newest couple joining “We Got Married.”

It was recently reported that Eric Nam and Solar would be leaving the show, filming for the last time on November 9, and Sleepy and Lee Guk Joo will be taking their place. It has not been decided when this couple will start filming.

Sleepy and Lee Guk Joo have already proven that they have great chemistry on other variety shows such as “I Live Alone” and “Radio Star,” where their adorable bickering already makes them look like a married couple.

ngl, I may have lost interest in the Dong Couple as soon as it was clear that they were more like bffs than marrieds, but I am still sad about the news. They were the ones that got me into WGM and they make such a great funny pair.

So THIS is what Gukjoo was referring to on Happy Together. I understood her feelings, but it totally didn't cross my mind that she was talking about WGM. I was trying to draw connections between her and Sleepy, and this clears it up.

Oh no I'm sorry!!! :( I was just thinking it's WGM news, so I might as well post it.

I'll miss them too, especially Solar's laugh. I hope they get to duet or guest on a food show together in the future.

I think Gukjoo is too much sometimes lol but I've only really seen her as a regular in Roommate. Tho she is funny. But it's interesting that they're choosing a couple that already know each other and already have a rapport with each other. I liked Sleepy when he was on Happy Together too

I don't event watch Eric and Solar's parts but from the comments on the WGM YouTube clips I felt it was obvious this was happening. Lol this week MBC even had a video titled "Eric and Solar's Last Day" or something like that that was just their last day in Dubai

Yea within a couple of eps Eric and Solar seemed more bffs than a couple which put me off them. I like Jota and Jinkyumg still(their chemistry is solid) and Bomi and Taejoon seem adorable. They kinda need a funny couple.

Sucks that they are leaving. They were a little forgettable at times but overall entertaining.
I'm excited for Guk Joo but I'm also worried. She is really only funny in small doses so hopefully Sleepy can give her some balance otherwise I don't see them being on the show for too long.

I think a lot of it has to do with how possessive some fans can be over their idols, so a show about idols/celebs fake dating is just bound to be disliked. Also most sites only translate negative comments.

It's a fun show really. Like fake dating au fan fiction brought to life.

you know what's funny? i literally just watched a show that had shinee on it and there was a part in the show where the MCs were talking about how sleepy likes her and now i see this xD this is gonna be the real WGM if sleepy can break down her walls. i hadn't watched WGM in long ass time but i may actually watch it for them.
