The famous "ant couple" are returning to a reality TV show as a "remarried" couple. Korean rapper Crown J, 36, and singer Seo In-young, 32, will appear as a couple in the second season of JTBC's "With You," in which celebrities act as married couples, according to the network. The new couple will replace comedian couple Heo Kyung-hwan and Oh Na-mi and start their second fake marriage on Nov. 1.

They weren't my favorite couple when the original WGM was airing but in hindsight every other couple was so cringey with their 'special events' and the Ant couple was definitely the most genuine.

Didn't she say that they made a promise to get married for real if neither of them are married in the future? I don't remember exactly but it was on Radio Star.

I think that was the first time I saw them, too! I kind of stumbled into kpop like that, I was watching jdramas to work on my Japanese, and I got curious about the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango because there was so much BOF hype all around me, especially about the aforementioned babyfaced scum who shall not be named. There were some other hypes like SNSD that intrigued me, but HYD - BOF - WGM was basically how I fell in the rabbit hole, and have not yet resurfaced xD

wow - blast from the past
they weren't my faves when i first watched - but they sure kept me entertained
looking back now - with a great deal more couples to compare them to, they were simultaneously the realest and most genuine, while in the same breath being super "scripted" - they really stuck to a specific narrative, or image if you will - like siy said, they showed only one side of themselves, so i'm really interested to see how they will approach things going forward

also seo inyoung is style goals (especially with the dark hair)

I really liked the ant couple on WGM! Watching this made me smile and bring back memories. Her and her shoes :) SIY really can make Crown J do anything. I don't think they are a real couple but it wouldn't surprise me if they ever did become one just because they do look comfortable with each other. Maybe it is just SIY personality that makes me feel this way.
