598 chosen out of 10,000 for Lee Joon-gi fan event

Some 10,000 people applied for the Tuesday fan meet-and-greet event with Lee Joon-gi, according to his agency Namoo Actors, Sunday. A total of 598 fans were chosen out of the 10,000 applicants. The list is available on the official Facebook page for Namoo Actors.

Lee said he wasn’t prepared for so many applications. “I was surprised to see so many fans applying for this event,” Lee said via his Instagram account Sunday. “Thank you for your support and love. Let‘s talk more on Tuesday.”

The event, titled “My Love Lee Joon-gi,” will be a free and fans will be able to watch the final episode of “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo” with Lee. A source at Namoo Actors said, “We hope it will be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for fans of ‘Scarlet Heart: Ryeo’ and Lee Joon-gi. We also encourage fans to take lots of photos and videos. There will be little events and segments prepared by Lee Joon-gi so we urge fans to take an interest.”

The event will take place on Nov. 1 at Lotte World Tour Super Plex G.
