GOT7’s Jinyoung In Talks To Join Lee Min Ho and Jun Ji Hyun’s “Legend Of The Blue Sea”

Does GOT7’s Jinyoung look like Lee Min Ho?

JYP Entertainment revealed on September 30 that it is in talks to have GOT7’s Jinyoung join SBS’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama, “Legend of the Blue Sea,” starring Lee Min Ho and Jun Ji Hyun. There are still things to work out with schedules so negotiations are currently ongoing. If everything works out, Jinyoung will be playing Lee Min Ho’s younger counterpart.

“Legend of the Blue Sea” is a fantasy romance drama based on the Korean folklore of mermaids. In the drama, Jun Ji Hyun is set to play a mermaid, while Lee Min Ho will be playing a con artist.

The drama is set to premiere in November.

It seems weird that he will be playing a young LMH since they aren't that different in age and I don't buy that Jinyoung would grow up to look like LMH in such a short time, but hey I'm glad to see he is getting more work since he is my favourite from GOT7

"“Legend of the Blue Sea” is a fantasy romance drama..." ofc it is lol this is part of the reason i cannot get into k dramas. they almost always have to have romance in them and that takes center stage instead of having an actual plot.

in spite of how i feel about them, i might watch at least the first episode of this.
