I haven’t even thought of these songs in forever! I don’t even fully remember some of them lol. Every Friday I look for this day in the charts in a past year and post the top three songs. Then, I pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This Flashback Friday, we’re going back six years to the 4th Friday in September 2010.

#3 2NE1 “Clap Your Hands”
Red hair Park Bom is always the best! I don’t remember this song at all, but some the visuals of the MV look really familiar. I’m just gonna sit here and replay the chorus over and over again and cry at the pretty hair.

#2 Wheesung “Even Thought of Marriage”
I don’t remember this song at all. In fact, I don’t think I remember any of his upbeat, dancey songs at all. I say that until that one of them pops up in the future. Oh! I remember “Insomnia”!

#1 FT Island “Love Love Love”
I remember liking this song and MV, actually more the MV than the song. I remember liking the projection on the walls and the girl’s dress a lot.

#5 Sistar “Shady Girl”
I remember this song but don’t remember this MV at all. And I think I remember a live performance where someone fell really hard? I think it was this era because I remember the outfits. Anyone else remember that? Anywhos, Hyolyn’s hair wtf…

#9 Narsha featuring Sunny Hill “Mamma Mia”
So, this song is a damn bop. If you can ignore her makeup, especially in the first minute, then you’ll be fine. She looks great, because she’s Narsha, of course. And some shoving of tongue into people’s mouths. Actually, a good amount of tongue lol.

One of my fave thing about FTI's music is Seunghyun's rap. I always ended up liking his part the most in their songs. I remember listening to 'I Hope' on repeat just to hear his rap parts lol.

Clap Your Hands came out at the time when I was a hard core 2ne1 stan. That song brings a bunch of memories, and I loved Dara in that video, she was adorable! And CL's blonde hair <3

Wheesung's intro in that song ALWAYS made me cringe and laugh lmao, the whole video is ridiculous, but his voice is out of this world.

Narsha's Mamma Mia is A BOP!! She looks amazing in the video, I love the makeup, the clothes.. she makes it work. I also remember that was the first time I heard of Sunny Hill.

I really loved 2NE1 in the beginning, but their first album made me leave ): i hated all the auto tune and most of the songs were so bad for me ): clap your hands specially was the worst single ever...........

AAAHHH Shady girl was the single that got me into sistar! I love the song and the mv (and hyorin blonde hair, unpopular opinion :P). It's the only non-dbsk/dgna/infinite cd i have~

-2NE1's first album, that was a good time. I was not bitter with YG at that time so I could enjoy it all properly. Still love that album - 'I'm Busy' is still my favourite from it.
-NARSHA. Her solo release with 'Biribapa' (it's spelled more complex lmao) was AMAZING and this follow up with 'Mamma Mia' too. Why did she never release another solo...?
-'Shady Girl'! When I still liked Sistar, haha. The b-side on this single was really good too.

This makes me feel warm and nostalgic because these releases happened when I was still fresh as a daisy to Kpop... I was still in high school and this was before alot of rotten things happened in my personal life hahaaaa.

Man I remember 2ne1's first album and how much I loved it. I loved them. It was a good time.

Narsha's song... I didn't like it back then but I kinda like it now. I LOVED her first mini and she was one of the first soloists I listened to in Kpop. I was so bummed she didn't release any more, and I'm not that big into BEG.
