Dating rumors about G-Dragon and Japanese actress and model Nana Komatsu have resurfaced, after photos were released from G-Dragon’s private Instagram account @peaceminusone, which has since been deleted.

On one of the photos, which show G-Dragon and Nana Komatsu having dinner together, BIGBANG member Taeyang commented, “Let’s write a song. It’ll be called ‘Lovers.’” Another photo shows a woman with her back to the camera — speculated as Nana Komatsu — sitting on G-Dragon’s lap.

In response to the news, a source from YG Entertainment said to Donga.com, “The situation needs to be confirmed, but it’s standard for YG to not respond to each and every one of these rumors,” suggesting that there will be no official statement.

In a different statement to Sports Daily, a source said, “It’s the artist’s private life, so we have nothing to say.”

Earlier in May of this year, G-Dragon and Nana Komatsu were reportedly spotted on a date.

I don't like when the age gap is huge, especially with Sulli and Choiza for example. That's way too big of a gap.

But 20 and 28 isn't really problematic to me? I mean, if i go by my own experience/observations, most people i know in their 20s are in college or working, and a lot of people finish their studies when they're 27/28 yo. These people are basically in the same environment and same mentality of study-party-find a job, they just want to have fun and enjoy life. I don't feel like the mentality/maturity gap is huge. I just don't know any people nearing their 30s that seriously think of marriage, having kids and settling once and for all. Especially GD LOL. Judging from what I saw from his lifestyle, he probably just want to date and have fun. And judging from her age, she probably just want to date and have fun too. He's 28, not a 40 yo man in midlife crisis.

Maybe the mentality in korea is different, but here, marrying when you're 30 yo is too soon. lol So yeah, i don't find the issues that usually come with age gap, with these two. I doubt this relationship is anything serious/life-changing (As in, leading to marriage or getting pregnant) and if they've been dating for a while and Nana Komatsu's career is still going on, I don't see what is the issue here, unlike the ex-girlfriend of Henry Cavill who dropped college to follow him around and was shocked and heartbroken when he left. i think korea must be different
my country isn't as conservative, but we still have this idea that you're a fully grown adult by 25, you cannot be having fun at this point, and you have to have a job now and get a family (husband/wife + min. 1 child) by 30, otherwise you failed at life (after 30 you're officially old, and your body starts to deteriorate)
looking at all "30-yr-old idols are ancient" comments, i doubt it's any better in korea :/

Im not trying to cause up controversy or make people upset, but age is just a number. He can date who he wants to date. My parents were 20 years apart when they got married and they were happily married for 12 years until my father died.

Also when i read this i had a feeling it was the @peaceminusone account, but i thought it was his fashion line account. Does he have a fashion line? Now I'm confusing myself.

As a young woman I find age gaps where the man is older and the woman is younger troubling, because it's not always black and white.
My fresh-ly 18 year old cousin started dating an 27 year old man, she's not independent in any way and he showers her with gifts and trips, so their relationship makes me worried. But at the same time, I, as a 21 year old, wouldn't mind dating a 28 year old man as he would not have that image of an "adult" that he would have to a younger person.

7-8 years difference is pretty normal imo. Not that i'm rejecting the idea of some posters above about mysogyny, sexism and whatnot playing a role in some cases. But truth is, woman matures faster than man (I'm not making it up, it's science), so it could be just the simple fact that a 28 yo man's brain finds something that clicked with that of a 20 yo woman.

I dunno if I even agree with that study...I think males are just babied more therefore mature slower. If parents treated their daughters and sons the same and society didn't have this "boys will be boys" complex they'd be just as mature. I've seen boys who where raised well act just as mature. Whereas I've seen grown as man still acting like teenagers...Regardless I still agree though that age is just a number. I wish people wouldn't act like a someone who is 18+ is like a 12 years old and someone who maybe like 5 to 10 years older is like a 40/50 year old taking advantage of the poor younger person. They are consenting adults and we don't know there personality or how mature they are. I'm 24 and I dated someone who was 21. Another reason why I don't like that study is because again it gives guys a pass to date younger but makes girls seem pathetic when we do it. Like GD can date a 20 year old and its okay cuz men mature slower but me dating someone 21 people act like I MUST BE really childish/immature.

My mom and dad have an 8 year gap, with my mom being the older one. It works, so if they legit love each other, I don't see a problem. I think there are definately asshats that choose to date for perverse or ignorant reasons, but that its unfair to automatically label someone an asshat without knowing how they are as a couple.

i guess i'm a little uncomfortable. the 8 year age gap won't bother me if they two of them are more older. like, as a 20-year old now, i don't see myself dating a 28-year old BUT a 25-year old me will probably not mind dating a 33-year old man.

20 is a period of transition from one stage of life to another. this is the period that she's finding her identity and exploring life. at 28, the person already has set an identity and goals. there is a difference in life stages no matter how i try to think about it.

and if we're talking about how they are in the same entertainment industry, yes they are. the same industry where being cute, naive and young can be considered "sexy" and "alluring". So yes, i'm a little eeehhhh about this relationship.
