I normally don't ask for things like this, but I just really need some positive vibes sent my way.

My best friend passed away on Sept. 10, this past Saturday, due to injuries from a car accident. He was only 19. I'm honestly so devastated, and the funeral is tomorrow and I don't know if I'm ready, but I need to go. I need the closure, to see him rest peacefully. I just am hurting a lot right now and I just feel so empty and tired.

Sending super mega hugs your way right now. No one will be expecting you to be fine, they'll understand that you're feeling a lot of things so allow yourself to feel them. Maybe get some grief counselling as well - with it being so sudden and completely out of the blue it would be good to have someone to talk to if it hasn't fully sunk in yet.

Sorry I can't be of any real help but I genuinely will be thinking of you tomorrow and hoping you can feel a bit brighter soon <3

A dear friend died from a cancer at 25 (she had hidden it from me). It was hard... hard to realize and hard to process. But going to the funeral helped. Being able to share your pain as well as meaningful memories with other people is, for me, just as important as willing to find closure. You're not alone in this, you're never alone. You can find someone to talk about it, even a psy for a few meetings will make a difference.

i'm so, so sorry. all i can say is the pain is there for a reason and needs to be felt, awful as it is, but you should definitely look at getting psychiatric help if you haven't. hopefully knowing this is something that just has to be faced head on will give you some strength, but also, nobody has the right to police your grief, so if you need to step out of the funeral tomorrow or anything like that, that's fine. at times like this i think of a picture book from when i was younger called "we're going on a bear hunt". the family in the book have to go through rivers and forests to get to the bear cave, and every time they encounter an obstacle, they say; "we can't go over it, we can't go under it, we'll just have to go through it!". i think that's true of many things in life, especially grief. look after yourself. i wish you peace and healing <3

Hello. I've drunk quite a lot today lol. My meds seem to help, I feel great. I have lany things to do despite being jobless for one week.
I've been catching up with Twice's vlives, they have so much of them o.o And Lovelyz just released a vlive after their Immortal Song recording and before the Chusok holidays, I hope it means they'll prepare a comeback after ! Hopefully not at the same time as Twice this time!!

Today was an unexpectedly good day!
I wrapped up my exams for the previous uni year, and this is a really big deal for me, cause I have been struggling with accomplishing some criteria (for keeping the scholarship among others).. while being super lazy, so today I had some mad luck.
Other than that, I am excited to turn a new page and picking up a new hobby.

I started watching Jealousy Incarnate a few days ago, and it's getting better with each episode. It's a really chill and funny drama, Gong Hyo Jin is so natural I love her and did not expect any less of her. I am kindaaa ehh about the second lead being a mamma's boy, because otherwise HE IS PERFECT, but I guess they had to screw him up in some way in favor of the first lead.

Lately I've been getting back into the kpop, listening mainly to some new stuff from new acts, and my 22yo ass is not interested in remembering the names nor stunning anyone. I guess I'm all grown up. :'(

I keep trying to start watching drama's but I get frustrated like 7 or so episodes in with the main couple and give up. Will this happen with jealousy incarnate?

I know that feel I turned 23 just over a month ago and I can't keep up - I also feel like the fandoms are so much more intense now compared to when I was like 16-17 and it realllly puts me off getting invested. Or maybe I just didn't notice it back then...

Next Thursday I'm going to the Republic of Georgia (near Russia) to visit my best friend who's there in the Peace Corps. I'm super excited because I haven't seen her since February but also kind of nervous since its been 10 years since I've flown internationally and I've never done it alone. Plus I have a 13 hour flight from SFO to Turkey and I do not sleep on planes at all. I'm there for 10 days and we've already planned on watching dramas and the LJK/KHN Running Man ep and the premiere of The K2 for the first 2 days I'm there. Also (hopefully) SHINee will be releasing their new album while I'm there and we can spazz together.

also was going to go on a date with this guy that ive been talking to for a while but he suggested a movie at his as the first date... that was such a red flag. in the end we decided to go out for dinner but i kept thinking of what he suggested and in the end cancelled the date because i wasnt feeling it. he wrote "no problem, prepare for you trip!" which sounds so angry???? like he sounds mad but at this point im not gonna let it affect me. if this makes him stop talking to me then it will just show that he only wanted to use me so meh

I've been both dreading and anticipating September at the same time, which is so weird.

I'm trying something different work wise, which is super scary and also an ex bf is coming back after living abroad for a while. We basically broke it off because he was leaving, and now we started talking again a few months back. I don't know how to feel about it, now that he's gonna be around again, but it feels kind of exciting!

Random question time, i recently discovered Kim Jisoo the actor, and i'm feeling some type of way tbh.
I was wondering about that show he's in, Moon Lovers. A)Is it any good, and B)does he appear much, or is it a smaller part?
I'll be watching mainly for him (and Kang Haneul tbh) cause i'm shallow!

I really like this drama it's cute/cheesy with good looking people and scenery. I get Jisoo's and Joohyuk's characters confused for some reason but their characters are not really similar now as I read the recaps. Anyways yes he has played a small part up to this point. His character is playful - he's a prince that likes to go out among the commoners and gets into trouble.

I was feeling pretty good today, but then I got pretty down. My friend visited me recently and the visit was great! But we also got to talking about our respective exes and such. It just made me think about the times I acted pretty poorly and probably wasn't good for my ex mentally/emotionally.
