I don't have an official translated source (which is why I didn't put this in the post), but the concept has to do with 24 hours in a day. And they're leaning hard on the fact that Nu'est has the reputation of looking like they're from a manga (which I guess makes Ren the protagonist since they gave him the pink hair XD).
