INFINITE’s L Lands First Lead Drama Role

Following various minor or supporting roles in dramas — “The Time I’ve Loved You,” “She’s So Lovable,” “Cunning Single Lady,” — INFINITE’s L has finally landed his first lead acting gig.

Woollim Entertainment said to OSEN on August 10, “L has recently been cast in KBS 2TV’s ‘The Day After We Broke Up’ (tentative title). It is a four-episode drama. L is working hard to improve his acting.”

“The Day After We Broke Up” is a fantasy romance drama about an indie band singer (L) who keeps involuntarily moving through time, and the girlfriend that he must find.

The drama will be directed by Song Hyun Wook, who also directed “Another Oh Hae Young,” and is slated to air in October.

Hf time travel! I hope this time it's true lol. I remember him getting the lead in one where he was going to be some businessman but I never heard about it again. Also haven't seen anything about his movie and I'm still wondering if the Chinese webdrama will air.

That drama he was cast in earlier this year that you're referring to got cancelled unfortunately. @_@ And both the movie and webdrama are stuck in post-production hell atm. I hope this one actually airs, but I have lacking faith in multi-country productions lol.

UHHH the name is escaping me right now, it had the word "Blue" in it though. It was a joint Korea-Japan-China production that was to be filmed in the Philippines... you can already kind of tell how that would have fell through lol.

Lol aww I'm a bit surprised by the comments. I made a Myung post about 6 months ago for the other role and the post had a decent amount of comments with ppl for the most part saying they were looking forward to it and actually enjoyed his acting which surprised me lmao and this post most def did not head that way xD
