Synopsis:
University students share a house. Jin-Myung is busy supporting herself financially and studying. She suffers from lack of sleep. Ye-Eun is devoted to her boyfriend, she is clear about what she likes or not. Ji-Won has a bright personality and likes to drink. Yi-Na is popular due to her beautiful appearance. Eun-Jae is timid, but she has an unique taste for men.

I might be hanging out in this post by myself, but I'm hoping there's others who are watching it. We so rarely get dramas that are focused on female friendships and this show is a treat. It's written by the writer of White Christmas so check it out! (This is my favorite currently airing drama, even over W!)

I have so many feels about this drama!
I really love that they spend as much, if not more, time on the relationship they have with each other and not on boyfriend-drama.
I'm in love with Jin Myung, and Eun Jae is my spirit animal and I would love to hang out with all the other girls.
It feels so nice to have a drama that focuses on the ladies instead of moving the focus to the guys after a couple of episodes.
And also, I love that there's no evil antagonist among the girls, instead they have real life disagreements that stem from the fact that 5 girls that did not know each other before come to live together in a smallish apartment.
Everything about this drama is so refreshing and I'm so sad that it's only 12 eps?
Let's hope they can keep this awesomeness going for the rest of the run.

+1 to all your thoughts. I'm loving watching their relationships with each other and that there's no drama trope terrible girl, they all feel like real people. I'd be lying if I said I didn't also love the boy relationship stuff but I love that's not the main focus and all the girls are getting focus and there's not just one girl getting the majority of the storylines. I'm so sad it's already halfway over!

I randomly started watching because the poster looked cute and I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DID.

It's an awesome slice of life show with a great cast and I adore each of the girls and their friendship. It's funny, suspenseful, witty, and all around an interesting lovely drama that I didn't know I needed in my life.

(It also feels a lot like Seonam, combining so many different elements and personality types to make one big girl fest of greatness.)

I started this yesterday and am caught up now. This drama is fantastic. I adore the characters. Hwayoung's character is my favorite so far. I'm so glad I decided to watch this. I was on the fence, but I am totally hooked now. Park Eun Bin is fantastic as Song Ji Won.

It's JTBC so ratings are always low but it's not doing great. It's been under 1% for the majority of it's run but it looks like ep 6 got 1.3% so fingers crossed they stay up.

I love this drama - agree w/ OP... my fave drama, even over W. Every girl has their own colour and even though they're flawed asf, I'm still rooting for them and I like them (although to a less extent w/ YeEun). The little interviews at the end are really fun. Half way through (D:) and I still don't know what's going on with Eunjae/Yina/Jinmyungs backstory but Im still curious. So good!

I texted my best friend last night and was like "don't disown me but W isn't my favorite currently airing drama" haha. Then I spammed her with gifs from the show until she downloaded the episodes. I love the interviews at the end, they give lots of depth to the characters even though it's just a short scene. I'm so sad it's already halfway over!

Agreed. I'm fine with there being an overarching mystery as long as the focus doesn't shift to that. Right now I'm loving the funny moments, the cute romantic moments, the friendship moments but I hope they don't shift too much to the creepy older guy or to focus on the ghost stuff or the "I killed someone" stuff.

I didn't have any plans to watch it but my friends kept rec-ing and it has kind of an all-female cast (with an actual focus on the girls and their relationship with each other instead of just boyfriends) so i decided to check it out. And i'm so glad i did! This drama is amazing and i'm having so much fun. I actually hated everyone during first 2 eps so it was great to get to know characters better and loving all of them by 6th ep (well...except for yeeun but at least i can understand her better now and i get what kind of purpose she serves in terms of plot).
Also whoa at op's note. I had no idea that the writer of White Christmas is behind it. Unexpected but... I guess not that surprising considering the mystery that was highlighted in last couple of eps

I was wary of it given some of their casting choices (there's quite a disparity in skill here), but the writing is good and molds each character to their actress. If I met some of these ladies I may find them annoying (distant, petty) but flawed as they are they have their endearing traits. Ji Won is noisy but PEB makes her lovable. I feel the most for Jin Myung, who really needs to cheer up as the trailer said. Ditch the job already, it's one thing to put up with bullies but another to put up with sexual harassment.

Jin Myung :( I totally understand why she feels like she can't do anything about it and needs to suffer through it in order to keep her job, but I would love for her to tell him off and quit (but would also hate it because then we'd see less Cute Chef).

can i just say that jinmyung is my hero bc she's so straight to the point and is flawed but accepts that. she's so fucking amazing, although it wouldnt hurt to make her happy once in a while :((

ALSO i was so shocked to see hwayoung in this one, she's definitely a promising actress tbh (i had no idea it was her up until episode 3) she's so beautiful and her body + voice is so mature it's amazing to see that she's so much younger irl than seungyeon lmao

can't wait for the rest of the episodes! i'm so happy about their girls' friendship although i can't help but squeal for the little romantic scenes of their boy relationships

(the ghost thing is quiet weird too + why is their old roommate now out of the story now?)

I just Jin Myung to have some happiness somewhere. Every once in a while she'll smile about something and I'm so happy about it, I'm going to be so sad if nothing good happens for her in this drama.
I'm like so invested in the romances too, like the girls relationships are top but I'm loving the cute awkward Eun Jae/Sunbae couple and hoping for Chef/Jin Myung to work out because he's adorable and am hoping Ji Won finds a man haha.

I'm wondering if the old roommate got pregnant story is true? Because they all seemed kind of sketchy about it but I can't think of what else would have happened? I'm hoping the rest of the drama doesn't focus too much on the ghost/mystery thing, I love how it's going right now.

I'm living for this drama right now. It's the first one I've watched since DOTS, and it's so so good.

I love all the girls. Their relationship is so real and sweet. I keep thinking I have a favorite but then another one swoops in. They're all my favorites <333

I also love the romance. It's there, but not prominent.
