Date: 2016-08-03 06:31 pm (UTC)I don't care about the supporting characters' story and omg if I have to watch anymore of In Joo and the uncle raid Yoon Do's house I'm gonna puke. What a waste of time on nothing when we could be focusing on Hye Jung finally figuring out what went wrong with her grandmother's surgery which I THOUGHT was the main plot in this??? Dal and Hae are adorable but their story is getting dragged on forever. There's only 6 more eps of this drama and we're not close to anything happening???

Date: 2016-08-04 04:33 am (UTC)I will admit it is a BIT slow but it works in this case. The focal point of the drama seems to be a girl with a complicated history learning how to love/trust again and the slow progression of her relationship with the lead kind of shows that journey beautifully imo. Also I love the subtle sociopolitical commentary. Idk if it's true but it seems that South Korea currently has some form of universal health care? If so then it seems they're trying to warn of the disadvantages of privatized healthcare with many of the patient stories and the work place hierarchies.
Idk how I feel about PSH's acting objectively, but I usually love her dramas lol Also at this point idc about her awkward kiss scenes lol

Date: 2016-08-04 04:43 am (UTC)There really is nothing that they're focusing on particularly, and it's just all over the place, but Ji Soo and Minsuk were the only reason I decided to even watch this, so I knew what I was walking into, lol.
