I hate to say it but she's a better rapper than she is a singer. She's too monotone with her pitch, but when she raps her inflection is much better

Well she is a rapper actually. Pledis is training her on that mostly. Im pretty sure she will be mainly a rapper in the group

Why did she try so hard for vocals in P101 then? She was very stern about being a vocalist, is the company just giving her the short end of the stick?

i dont know exactly. Pledis sure have better vocalist so maybe they made her focus on rap/composing... She looks like this kind of girls that like to try new things so maybe produce was her opportunity.
