First Alleged Sexual Assault Victim Reportedly Presses Charges Against Park Yoochun Again

Channel A has reported that the first individual who submitted charges of sexual assault against Park Yoochun, hereafter referred to as “A,” has once again pressed charges after dropping them earlier.

Previously, “A” pressed charges on June 13 regarding alleged sexual assault that occurred on the night on June 3/early hours of June 4. However, it was revealed that the charges were dropped on June 14.

According to Channel A’s report, during the investigation process (which started after “A” dropped the charges), “A” said she was forced into the sexual act which classifies it as sexual assault.

“A” said, “The adult entertainment bar madam blocked the door so I couldn’t get out. Park Yoochun dragged me to the bathroom and I was sexually assaulted.” “A” further explained that the madam prevented her from leaving the room around 5 a.m. when all the other female employees had already left work. Apparently, the madam and Park Yoochun’s acquaintances who were with him at the time of the incident have been questioned.

A source from Gangnam Police Station commented on the report and said, “In the case that a lawsuit is dropped, it is not possible to sue with the same reason. However, it is possible that during investigations “A” can change her statement.”

Park Yoochun was questioned by the special taskforce on June 30. Further questioning is being scheduled for him.

Park Yoochun Retains Two Lawyers For His Defense

According to recent reports, Park Yoochun has retained two lawyers for his defense.

Yonhap News reported on June 30 that two lawyers have taken his case: Im Sang Hyuk (from the law firm Shin & Kim) and Lee Kwon Woo (from Min & C).

Im Sang Hyuk is a legal consultant for JYJ. When JYJ was separating from TVXQ, Im Sang Hyuk was the one who handled the lawsuit against SM Entertainment. He also has experience with film and drama copyright, working with the plagiarism case for the 2015 film “Assassination” as well as assisting with copyright matters for China’s remake of “My Love From the Stars.”

The second lawyer, Lee Kwon Woo, is a former police officer. As someone with experience with police matters, he is expected to provide counsel regarding the police investigation process.

Park Yoochun Looks Weary And Stressed As He Heads To Police For Investigation

JYJ member and actor Park Yoo Chun was captured by the media recently as he made his way to the police station in Samseong-dong on June 30th to cooperate with their investigation regarding the accusations he has been facing.

Yoochun is currently facing rape accusations from four women with a fifth woman revealing she was nearly raped by the actor.

Since the accusations, one of the biggest JYJ fanbase was revealed to have withdrawn their support for Yoochun while many international fanbases, on the other hand, have shown their continuing and endless support for him.

Meanwhile, Yoochun has retained two lawyers for his case one of which is Im Sang Hyuk, the lawyer who handled JYJ’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment after the trio broke off from TVXQ. Currently, Yoochun is in the middle of his military services.

Park Yuchun returns home after undergoing 8-hour police investigation, “Answered earnestly”

Appearing in the position as of the suspect at Seoul Gangnam Police Station around 6:30 PM KST on June 30th, Park Yuchun returned home past midnight, around 2:20 AM KST on July 1st.

Park Yuchun –who underwent police investigation for nearly 8 hours– left the police station quietly without a word. The police reportedly concentrated interrogating Park Yuchun on this day, on the suspicions of sexual assault –such as, whether or not he had sexual relations with the complainants–. Also, the police took mouth swabs to do a gene analysis.

The police conveyed, “(Park Yuchun) answered earnestly to investigators’ questions”.

Park Yuchun stated, “I am sorry to have caused a lot of people concerns,” and, “I will cooperate faithfully with the police investigation,” to a crowd of reporters ahead of the investigation, the day before. He kept silent about whether or not he acknowledges the allegations and is planning to counter-sue the different women who are making accusations.

Park Yuchun presents himself to police for questioning, apologizes to fans

At Seoul Gangnam Police Station at 6:30 PM KST on June 30, singer Park Yuchun –who’s being accused on the suspicions of sexual assault– appeared for questioning in the police investigation. When he appeared, camera flashes everywhere burst out and a cutthroat competition to take pictures of Park Yuchun started.

After this, Park Yuchun imparted: “I am sorry to have caused fans worries. I will cooperate faithfully with the police investigation,” standing in front of a crowd of reporters with a more solemn face than ever, and disappeared inside of the police station.

Song Hye Kyo’s Agency Clears Up False Rumors About Song Joong Ki Being Involved With Park Yoochun Incident

Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In’s agency helped clear up the false rumors surrounding Song Joong Ki.

Recently, false rumors about Song Joong Ki and Park Bo Gum being with Park Yoochun at the time of the alleged sexual assault that occurred in the late hours of June 3/early hours of June 4 have been spreading.

Their agency UAA stated, “On the date June 3, mentioned in the rumor, Song Hye Kyo, Yoo Ah In, and Song Joong Ki were enjoying dinner together along with their managers. The rumor is not true.”

On the night of June 3, the actors were at the Baeksang Arts Awards and went to have dinner following the awards ceremony. A news outlet even snapped photos of them at their after-party meeting.

C-JeS Entertainment Reportedly Being Investigated For Off-Shore Tax Evasion Related To JYJ

According to CBS No Cut News on July 1, management agency C-JeS Entertainment is undergoing a tax investigation by the Office of National Tax Administration for off-shore tax evasion.

C-JeS Entertainment has also been embroiled in controversy related to JYJ member Park Yoochun who has been accused of sexual assault. Stay tuned for updates.

"Since the accusations, one of the biggest JYJ fanbase was revealed to have withdrawn their support for Yoochun while many international fanbases, on the other hand, have shown their continuing and endless support for him."

This is terrible. How is there anyone supporting him at this point especially international fans.

Tax issues as well....this whole company is going down. Jae and Junsu better jump ship while they can.

what's sad is like 90% of the comments in his articles in all the big international kpop places like kpop, soompi, etc are from his fans -_- it's atrocious.

It surprises me he still has fans. I have been a fan of TVXQ for 8+ years and when this news broke out I was immediately done with him because he has had other problematic behavior in the past and rape accusations are something everyone should take seriously. If it comes out that he is innocent then yeah I will continue my support but its more important to show solidarity to the victims in this case then trying to upstage others with "moral superiority"
The fact that rape culture, and victim blaming are such big topics of conversation in international communities (western communities in particular) I find it very strange that people are still going along with him.

It reminds me of the BIll Cosby case we had here in America where many women were coming out with rape accusations and some people still supported him and came out of the woodwork to support him. Its gross.

I've been REALLY bothered by i fans on Twitter who seem way too happy to talk shit about Korean fans/media for dropping him like a rock. These are likely the same people who think they're so ~progressive~ and multicultural for listening to Kpop but are really racist assholes.

From: [identity profile] undeniablysarah.livejournal.com
It makes me laugh seeing all the people who are "die hard" kpop fans who are also super racist and "progressive"
It really gives international fans a bad name (for good reason) and reputation in the minds of Korean fans. As well as creating a toxic environment for those of us who don't agree with them.

Maybe it was just morbid curiosity, but I ended up in a Twitter rabbit-hole when I was checking in on how Junsu's concert was going.

This girl was totally enraged at Junsu for even continuing to perform at all while Yoochun was going through this 'terrible time'. So I read back through her tweets and it was sooooo fucked up how hardcore she defended Yoochun. I got far enough back to see that she was one of the ones who gleefully doxxed the 1st accuser, who was actually the wrong woman. That's when I bailed. She was even pleading for Changmin to help him because he's in the police. Like................ wow.

The delusion runs so deep.

I've had to adjust where I get Junsu news because these i-fan sites I've used for so long are sooo disturbing in the comment sections and the Yoochun-biased articles they're focusing on.

It's fucking sad.
And frightening.

Ew.

Seriously that is some scary stuff. Even going as far as asking Changmin to help the situation is insane.

doxxing is never ok, I just can't with all of these crazy people.

Here I thought it wouldn't get worst for JYJ but it does.

"Jae and Junsu better jump ship while they can."
There were rumors a few months ago that supposedly Loen wants Junsu, that there trying to persuade him and steal him from Cjes. Idk if this is true though.

I'm surprised the same lawyer that handled other JYJ issues is in this case too. Maybe a trust issue, idk.
I've been thinking about how it would be possible for the victims to get justice... like all the evidence is based more in testimonies and it seems like in any court in the wordl they could have 20000 testimonies of women being raped by the same man and they still demand some physical evidence.... I just want justice for this women

Appreciated, Beni. These posts can't be fun to compile.

Very glad the 1st woman seems to be re-submitting charges. It's so dark, but at least she was able to gain courage from the other women when she was the first to stick her neck out there.

It's pretty messed up that news media is trawling for literally anyone ever connected with Yoochun for clickbait stuff. Unsurprising, but gross. Going after Joong Ki and such. Let them stand on their own merits. Not get implicated in something they have nothing to do with.

And AllKpop's article about Junsu's funny shit on Instagram right before his concert in Kobe being "inappropriate" on the day of Yoochun's interrogation. WTF.
What if he burned an effigy of him in the middle of the stage at every show. Would that be "inappropriate"?

Anyway, increasingly worried he won't be charged with anything.
He needs to be removed from society.
