Plot: The mystery romance stars Seo Hyun-jin as the average-in-every-way, plain Oh Hae-young, an assistant manager at a catering company who’s been stuck in that position for years. In school she was always compared to the Pretty Oh Hae-young (Jeon Hye-bin), who’s just better at everything, and one day Pretty Oh Hae-young enters her catering company as her new boss.

Eric plays a sound director in the film industry, who also has the ability to see the future. Jeon Hye-bin is his ex-fiancée who vanished without a trace and left him at the altar, and he’ll spend the drama trying to get disentangled from both Oh Hae-youngs (and failing, of course).

‘Oh Hae-young Again’ ends with high viewership

The finale of tvN’s drama “Oh Hae-young Again” Tuesday drew the highest viewership among other cable drama series.

The drama, which stars actor Eric Mun and actress Seo Hyun-jin, ended with 10 percent in viewership ratings, 2 percentage points higher than its previous episode, according to a local researcher Nielsen Korea.

The series has become a Monday-Tuesday TV series with the highest viewer ratings since May, setting the record of 7.2 percent, which the channel‘s drama “Cheese in the Trap” had held. Such popularity caused many local viewers to pin hopes on topping 10 percent viewer shares – a landmark for a cable channel series.

“Oh Hae-young Again” will be followed by the webtoon-based drama “Let’s Fight Ghost,” which stars musician-actor Ok Taec-yeon and actress Kim So-hyun, from July 11.

'Oh Hae-Young Again' to air two special episodes with interviews and making film

tvN Monday & Tuesday drama, “Oh Hae-Young Again”, supported by the popularity from drama fans, has prepared two additional special episodes.

tvN said through media release on June 27th that the broadcasting company will air special episodes after wrapping up the drama with the episode 18 on June 28th.

tvN said, “We’ve scheduled to air special episodes with interviews and unpublished video clips of the drama at 11 PM on July 4 and 5.

"Oh Hae-Young Again” is currently ranked first among programs during the same airtime. The sweet romance between Eric Moon and Seo Hyeon-jin is receiving much love from drama fans.

i totally agree with dramabeans that i love how the show portrayed different kinds of love and made them equal. this and the broad range of different interesting characters, who weren't just stock characters for the most part, just made me love this show so much. (and the hot kisses didnt hurt either) It wasn't perfect but just had so much heart and was so meaningful to me. the finale especially just warmed my cold dead heart. i'll miss this show and ultimate daddy material eric and i'mso looking forward to the leads' next projects!

one of my fav dramas of the year!!! i really like the overall theme of the show and that is to just love and live without regret. it meandered a bit in the middle but the last couple of episodes really made up for it.

also, now i'm totes in love with eric, he's such a great kisser 😘 apparently most of the kiss scenes in the drama had his input in like how to make it better.

yeah in the last episode it was his idea to spin around to show that jin sang was hiding!!

and in the bts for the kiss while eating clams he was suggesting all types of position hahaha. he said that hyun jin took it well also. I think at this point for a great scene it's up to the director and actors to create a good one! sobs I'm gonna miss this drama.

Overall the drama was pretty good. I felt like I was the only one not rooting for (plain) OHY and PDK. Hate the plot twist they made just to get PDK off the hook. He's still a psychopath. Never forget when he said " I'd ruin your wedding again if I had the chance." Like I can't believe OHY ran back to him like that. Hate how easy and desperate they made her. TBH i don't have any sympathy for him as a character. I feel sorry for TJ the most. I do wish they'd show more of OHY (pretty) because I like how they've developed her character's backstory. Sad I have to find another drama now, lol.
