E, the 5th victim. Until now, four women have come forward. A was the first to file, but withdrew her suit. B reported the incident last year, and now is pursuing her case. C and D, as well, followed after.
And now there is E. She was employed at Ten Cafe, and met Park Yoo Chun when he came into the establishment as a customer. And then, he almost raped her. But E never reported the incident.
"Who'd believe the words of a woman who works at an adult bar?"
E's claims are not unfounded. Dispatch directly confirmed a conversation between E and a friend on Kakaotalk (KKT). The two texted back and forth at dawn on XX/XX/XX. E confessed to her friend what happened that day.
"I was almost raped. It was Park Yoo Chun."
E and her friend have no secrets between them. That day, at dawn, via KKT, E texted her friend that Park Yoo Chun came in as a customer. Then she told the friend what took place in the bathroom.
"A band came in. They played music. Park Yoo Chun called me into the bathroom. [Omitted] And then he tried to take me by force."
A struggle occured. This was the last thing E wanted. E refused until the end. Then, after several minutes, E at last managed to escape. At that time, E was overcome with fear. The bathroom was the most secluded place in the bar, which meant that it was the very spot where no one would be able to help her.
E left the room salon and texted her friend. She couldn't contain her anger, but she had no choice. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
"If I reported what happened, would that settle anything? Everyone would blame me. No one would believe me. 'How is it possible to rape a prostitute?' I was afraid of how people would see me."
E still has no plans to report her case. Dispatch has uncovered additional information about the case. We met with several workers at the room salon. All of them had received Park Yoo Chun as a guest. Every single one of them remembers him distinctly. He liked music, hip hop in particular, he was a generous tipper, and he spent lavishly on drinks.
But there's one thing to their stories that all have something in particular in common. And that's his "band" and the "bathroom."
"When his band starts up, that's when he goes into the bathroom. He brings along a partner. I don't know what happens in there. Because of the noise the band makes, you can't hear anything," said F and G. F and G work at Ten Cafe. They've given us their eyewitness accounts.
Park Yoo Chun's pattern appears consistent. He comes in with a band, they turn up the music, and he goes into the bathroom. He calls a partner into the bathroom. At that point, no one knows what happens inside.
"As soon as he goes in there, the people who came in with him start laughing. They all seem to know what's happening inside. We can only assume, but we don't know anything."
We asked F and G about Park Yoo Chun's case. Their responses were the same. Park Yoo Chun came in as a guest, and the women that came forward worked as employees at the bar. That's the limit of what they know. They were tight-lipped about whether or not he was guilty. Then, were his relations with the women consensual? They shook their heads at this idea.
"Of course there are women who would do it because they wanted to. But clearly there were women who didn't. But it's hard to fight back, because of the situation. There's a lot to consider."
H described the problem as "fear." Will there be anyone to help? Will anyone believe you? Will there be anyone who understands? So in some cases it's just best to give up.
H told Dispatch, "His group all sits outside the bathroom. They're imposing. You're not so much afraid of assault as you are afraid that no one will be there to protect you."
What happens if you manage to get away? It's the same kind of fear, they explained. "Most people are cynical. If you're accusing him, won't they just think you're a gold digger? Like you're trying to bleed him dry. So to me it's inconceivable to even think of reporting it."
This appears to be the reason A withdrew her case. Dispatch obtained the following information from someone close to A.
"You can try for witnesses, but there were only 10 people present. I don't think it's a good idea to try to fight it but then have your identity revealed."
Park Yoo Chun's investigation is still underway. A, B, C, and D all claim the assault occured in the bathroom. Presently, A alone is the only one to change her story. She now claims that there was no force. A, B, C, and D are all being accused of being gold diggers. It's still unknown whether that's true or false.
But the truth is that they're restricted in their ability to prove their claims. Working at night, in their line of business, and being seen as "easy" works against them. The law will determine whether the rape did or did not occur. But there's another factor to consider. And that's Park Yoo Chun's history and his behavior.
Finally, we're left with I's story. He works in management at the room salon. I knows a little something about his "history."
"Fundamentally Ten Pro's and Ten Cafe's do not have a "2 cha" [sexual relations]. Prostitution is illegal. The most you can do is flirt with women. There are customers who are looking for that kind of entertainment."
E was almost assaulted in the bathroom. F and G also witnessed Park Yoo Chun enter a different bathroom. All of these events occured on different days.
"Since Park Yoo Chun is unlucky, he's been ensnared by gold diggers? Hasn't that happened to him before? There's been many chances for that so far. Then he met A, B, C, and D."
First accusations of "gold digger" appeared, then stories of the "mob" came out, and after that circulated the story that Park Yoo Chun was forced to silence A with half a million won. But before that, A claimed there were talks of "compensation" and that CJeS hid the situation using "daddy" (Baek Yeong Du, the president's father, who is formerly tied to the Yangeunipa gangsters). With that idea in mind, it all becomes a game changer. Park Yoo Chun suddenly appears as a "victim," and the women all receive sympathy for their so-called "rape."
And yet, there's a woman who, despite narrowly escaping assault, never reported it to the police. In the end, the only one who can explain his actions is Park Yoo Chun himself.

Watch them trying to cover their asses feigning ignorance, as if they didn't knew (or at least suspected) absolutely nothing.

Date: 2016-06-28 05:29 pm (UTC)I know it probably won't happen but those friends who laughed while knowing what he did, should to be named. They didn't commit the crime directly, but they allowed it to happen and joined in with the abuse by not taking action. The fact that they would laugh just shows they're as sick as he is.

I wonder if any of the people in that photo are celebrities...
