Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Playback!

It's been one year since our beautiful girls Woolim, Yena, Hayoung, and Soyun debuted with their summer single Playback! They debuted under Clear Company, who merged with Coridel Entertainment last year, on June 25th, 2015. Yes these girls are under the same company as Jessica Jung.

While unfortunately they were unable to perform on major music shows, they did have a few live performances on Simply K-Pop!

Their follow-up single "I Wonder" features the wonderful vocals of Eric Nam, and while he has quite a few lines in the song, there is a full version of the song with only the girls!

They also had a fifth member, Eun Jin, that had left the group before debut due to vicious rumors that she was an ex-EXO sasaeng fangirl. Here you can see them perform their single "Playback" as five members, and also "Bang Bang" by Jessie J

She was also a participant on Produce 101 but left during episode 4 due to health reasons.

You may recognize ex-JYP trainee Woolim for her amazing vocals when she covered Ariana Grande's "Problem"

While this group hasn't been very active recently due to Jessica's solo debut, they are still relatively well known for their appearances at universities. They still perform quite often even with the lack of newer material.

While there is no official news of the girls returning any time soon, fans can still see them through festivals and university performances and patiently wait for their return!

This is the first time I made a post like this.
I didn't want to make it too long so I just linked a few previous Omona posts throughout this one.
If anyone is honestly interested in a performance round-up post I can make one, but if no one really cares for it then I won't bother since the girls only perform "Playback" "I Wonder" and "Bang Bang" every time.

I wish they were signed to a better company tbh, they are sweet and talented and deserve better. Playback is a jam but they might as well debut again because pretty sure nobody even remembers they exist at this point.

I've been jamming to playback for a year omg where has the time gone. I need a mini from them like, now. I really enjoy their two songs and hopefully some of Jessica's success can rub off on them because they need it tbh. Woolim deserves better!

I can't believe it's been a whole damn year. I remember when they first debuted and I instantly was stanning Hayoung. I wish they were more popular, their songs so far have been bops and the girls are really funny and cute.
And I'm still not over the time Hayoung replied to me on the fancafe.
