Tasty's Contract Termination Lawsuit Dismissed by Court

The Seoul Seocho-gu District Court has given the verdict in Tasty’s lawsuit against SM C&C, who owns Woollim Entertainment.

In March, Tasty and SM C&C’s representatives met for a court date. As the plaintiff, Tasty argued that their exclusive contract was invalid and asked for the agreement to be terminated.

The court stated on June 23, “We are dismissing the plaintiff’s claim. The plaintiff will be responsible for the entire cost of the lawsuit.”

Tasty is a duo composed of Daeryong and Soryong, twin brothers from China who decided to leave their careers in Korea last July after being unable to negotiate with their agency.

As the lawsuit has been dismissed, the contract between Tasty and SM C&C presumably still stands.

I wonder what will happen now.... But more important: what are they doing? The last update I had they where going to debut in China with a new name........

The way they went about it was so darn messy. Don't wish them any ill, but the should have thought better.

I hope they have a backup plan or are at least rich to be able to pay for the lawsuit.

So they have to pay for the lawsuit. Question is how are they going to do that. And they're still under Woolim. So....what....will they have to go back to Korea and just wait out the rest of their contract? I don't think they're not going to be promoted or anything.
