Musical Actor Kai (not a member of EXO) acquitted from the nude pic scandal

Musical actor and popera singer Kai (real name Jung Ki Yeol) was acquitted of his charges by the Seoul Central District Court.
Seven months ago Kai was accused of sending a picture of his penis to his fan A from his "secret social media account," of which he and his agency denied having.
His agency EA&C released an official statement claiming that the fan A falsely accused Kai to debase his image and maliciously spread the false information to companies hosting Kai's performances and to media, and that the agnecy plans to file lawsuit against A for libel and defamation to protect its artist from similar cyber bullying.

I've read accounts on DC Theater Gallery that Kai has had a couple of fans who have been writing about how she's secretly dating Kai or sending him weird, nonsense tweets for ages to a point that a lot of his other fans knew about them; fan A above is one of them.
