taemin to make solo debut in japan next month!

after like months of speculation and completely obvious back-and-forth trips to japan, it's been confirmed that taemin will be making his solo debut in japan with his first solo mini, sayonara hitori. the album, which will be released on july 27th, will include a total of five tracks and be released in two different versions: a normal album edition and a special edition that comes with a dvd. to celebrate his debut, taemin will be holding a premium debut showcase on july 18th. (his twenty third birthday.) fans wanting to participate will have to apply for a drawing / lottery. 8,000 of those who apply will be chosen: 3,000 who will attend the first showcase, another 3,000 who will attend the second (both being on the same day), and 2,000 who will be allowed into a special live theater viewing of the showcase that will be held in eight theaters across japan.

it honestly is, and that's not including both preparations for shinee's concert in (early) september and their korean comeback, or how kcon la / shinee's fanmeet in dallas are only a little over a week later.

I was laughing way too much for supposedly joyous news abt Taemin's Japan debut teaser. LOL. He's very Japanified up to 100%, he smells like Anime and Japanese Idol. XD. Taemin is SM's secret weapon to conquer Japan's market bc he's literally coming straight out of a shoujo manga.

I'm so Happy for him, and also proud... sorry for laughing at ur teaser, Taeminah. XD

Being on Anan's cover means huge deal, esp if you do the 'nude' for cover. AnAn's Nude photoshots means you are MEGA popular, super relevant, and most wanted man.

But as much as I want to see Taemin's butt nekkid, I think it's too ambitious for now kekeekeke so yeah, a normal cover would do.

Just a general observation: He stammers and mixes up his words a bit but he doesn't switch to Korean as much as Minho (and maybe Onew?). Obviously not at Key's level yet though, and I think it'll be harder without Key around, LOL.
