Twice members seem lovely and hardworking they deserve it.
However i really dislike their songs in general, maybe i'm too old for the new gen of kpop lol. I feel the same about lots of new groups ... I'm just here for the gossip now haha.

At first I really didn't understand the hype behind them, and I really didn't like Cheer Up when it initially came out.

The MV has a lot of replay value. It's the only way I can listen to Cheer Up completely. It makes the song like 10x more listenable.
"shy shy shy" is the only reason I can listen to it and once Sana does her last one I turn it off lol.

They are such cute girls, but it just seems like 80% of their success is down to how pretty they are.

Their music isn't that good. They only have one decent singer (and another one or two semi-decent vocalists) in a group of nine. And their choreography & stage presence is meh.

That's a lie that boy groups never have to deal with this. EXO used to deal with it all the time. IKON deals with it. BTS deals or at least dealt with it and still deal with it (outside of omona anyway).
