I'll use this post to add this little press release that was floating around these days and got everyone all eye-emoji about what it could mean for future units 👀 Could there be another Korean unit coming?
{SUMMARY} Apparently SM had released a press statement regarding their future plans to start activities on Chinese market again involving huge amount of money investments (counting 50-80 hundreds millions won or 4 to 8 hundreds thousand us dollars), and according to news sites:
● In the second part of the year 2016 NCT will have new units debuting one to promote in China and one to promote in Korea (so 2 units) PLEASE
● Next year, 2017, 1-2 units to promote in China, then they will have additional Japan and Southeast Asian countries debuts

Aww I'm gonna miss watching these kids on Saturdays.

Date: 2016-06-12 05:58 am (UTC)NCT-U seems to be like a preview unit of sorts, rather than an actual Korean unit? News outlets have been referring to the impending debuts as "formal" full-group debuts. I'm wary about becoming too invested in a certain line-up and then having them scatter across different units in different countries. I really like this Seoul season line-up of members. Throw in Mark, Taeil, and Ten and call it a day and I'd be happy. This group's setup is so confusing, I wish they could just debut normally.
