what planet are you from: idk i don't think it's as good as pepe. it's cute but i think it makes a good album track/first track and nothing more. imo oh no no is a better single. oh no no: i love this more and more on every listen. track 3: it's very apink and i don't like apink i came here to listen to clc. no @ the wailing over the final chorus, seunghee can do better, was that really the best take? yeeun's rap is really bland here too. this will probably be their additional stage if they get one day by day: i appreciate this one for being fairly laid back but still upbeat & not too childish, i think it suits them dear my friend: kind of unnecessary when you already have the last two tracks. the bgm's more funky i guess but the melody is awkward and lazily written. it sounds unfinished, like two songs were awkwardly spliced together and no one tried to smoothen the transition track 6: obligatory straight ballad i guess. it's not bad just not my thing. should've been a sorn/seunghee duet or something
yeeun is starting to sound more and more like a mini hyuna and i don't really like it & i still can't get over how completely unrecognisable sorn is in the album cover.
Overall I really like it! Maybe my bias is showing. They sounded great - I was a bit worried about Elkie and Eunbin since they were underused in the last mini, but more used here, they're doing good! Especially Elkie, I can't wait for the lives. What Planet Are You From? is my favourite. CLC keeps giving us strong no.1 (in the tracklist) songs that could have been more than 'just' a b-side, lol. 1, 2, 3 really sounds like a song A Pink would have done back in the day. For their slower songs, I like Before
I really love what planet are you from and the title track. 진작에 is also nice. Overall though, this is definitely a downgrade from the genius that was their last mini album.
