for the record i don't think they're bullying him or ostracizing him, i just think they don't know how to...handle his personality? looking at predebut videos he was unusually clingy and super affectionate and i think it might have been overwhelming for the other members. it seems like he's calmed down a bit but i can see him get fidgety and touchy a lot and they might not know how to react. this anonymous member sounds a little frustrated lol and it sounds like jun feels bad about it but he means well, he just has a lot of love to give!!!
Lmao wonwoo is the only that I see who really handles Jun's personally well... it's kinda why I ship them. I think since he is so calm it works well with Jun's personality.

I think though in a group this big you're bound to have those members you are closer with and in Jun's case it just seems like he has less of these relationships then the rest... It doesn't help that one of them is wonwoo who just seems awkward with everyone (I worry about him too but it's mainly cause he's so quiet he fades in the background at times), and another is hoshi who is just overly friendly with like everyone.
Though at the same time the fact that I feel this way just makes moments between him and the other members more endearing to me.

Jun seems to be pretty chill with Vernon too and ofc Minghao (though he seems to be more into Mingyu lately) and he's comfortable and clingy with Jeonghan (but he has his own crew). But he seems to be getting closer with Jihoon which is good to see. I'd like to think that we might be overthinking it and that when the cameras are off, there's no problem. But I do worry about him bc he just screams awkward to me and when I compare him to Minghao (which I know I shouldn't do) who came in the group way later and with a bigger language gap, he just feels less incorporated in the group?
(I was worried for Wonhoo bc of the whole anti scandal situation but he seems to be smiling more these days)
i agree re:minghao. imo though, i feel like its cause since minghao was new all the members made a more conscious effort to befriend him since they didn't want him to feel left out considering the other 12 knew each other way longer. however, jun has pretty much been there since the beginning so there was no "need" to consciously include him in?? except jun was definitely the closest with ming ming and now that ming ming was gone he kinda was awkwardly there? since the rest all had their own really close predebut friendships (ie; joshua/jeonghan, seungcheol/jihoon(+doyoon), soonseok, etc), and then they all had this budding friendship with the new kid, it just makes it seem like jun is awkward with the rest. i mean, i do hope we're all overthinking it lol, but at the same time he does seem to be slowly building closer relationships with the others (jun/jihoon rise lol) - and that just makes me happy too. i sometimes wonder tho, if jun/minghao only got close because of the language barrier - and given any other situation they wouldn't have been.
(i remember someone saying on tumblr that wonwoo was just coming out of his shell right before the scandal and then he suddenly reverted back to the introverted person he was before - so seeing him smile again makes me happy too)
fun fact: i didn't know meanie was a popular ship predebut (cause they got more popular right around the time that i stopped paying attention to predebut seventeen) - so when i finally got back into them i was surprised at why everyone kept talking about them when i thought minghao/mingyu and wonwoo/jun had more "moments".
also, i have come to realize soonyoung (and dk/s.coups) is/are saints because they really try their best to include everyone - even the ones they are not as close to (there was this moment in one fine day where hoshi went inside to hang out with minghao who was sick, and then s.coups and minghao both helped set up the table inside together, and then even the time dk was playing around inside and told minghao to join him - and that made me so happy to see lol wait you weren't even talking about minghao though is my bias showing)

I think they are still close they just don't show it as much on camera cuz of the shipping and fans constantly asking them if they are a real couple at fanmeets. Like I think Mingyu is find with shipping and skinship but wonwoo...not so much so they are more hesitant now about it. I also think Mingyu is more of a social butterfly than wonwoo so because he getting close to other members and wonwoo isn't there is also not as much interaction. But I think they are probably still closest to each other.
I wouldn't worry too much about wonwoo and jun. I think because they are awkward it just comes across like they aren't as close to the others by they are. I think when the members act that way towards them they don't realize they are doing it. I only say that cuz my personality is similar to both of them like I'm quiet but I am also awkward (sucks really) I sometimes feel ignored in the group but I know my friends all care about me. I have a friend in my friend group too that when she notices that I'm not speaking or people aren't listening to me she always says something and then they all listen to me or encourage me to speak more. I still get invited everywhere, I still get called and texted as much as my other friends. It's just with some people it going to take more effort to be friend with them versus someone with seungkwans personality. I really like seungkwan cuz he reminds me of my friend in the fact that I see him always trying to include everyone and stick up for everyone. I see that a bit with Vernon too. He will say things like don't ignore jeonghan and Joshua's humor or wonwoo is funny nowadays etc. you need to have those friends that are willing to make the effort for people like wonwoo and jun to have close relationships.
I don't like tarot/fortune readings, they scare me tbh Also, some of these readings sound kinda of shallow/vague? Like Scoups, Woozi, Boo's -- but it's possible the sessions were longer
I've never done one, but from what I understand a person who does this kinda thing (and is good at it) is good at reading people. You can make vague statements and once the customer gives you some verbal hints they can elaborate however they want.
I find these things interesting but I'm very skeptical lol so I don't really believe in them.
poor hoshi :( i hope his mom gets better so he doesn't have to worry as much my mom had cancer so i can definitely sympathize w him, it's not fun worrying about a parent all the time

I agree with that fortune teller on s.coups fortune - as much as I'd like a more serious concept (i.e. Chuck) from them - the playful concepts that they've had are more refreshing and works for them. They really should take advantage of their age and continue with these for a bit longer. Also, I don't believe in fortune tellers but I hope what he said for woozi comes true in the future!!
