Because since that (JYJ/soloist career) it's like he's been trying to leave the cute boy image behind, but instead of doing like, idk, Jae or Chun, he's been doing this semi vampire/exotic dude thing, wich is blerrgggg.
I'm genuinely confused cause that's just classic Junsu to me so I don't get the "trying to be edgy/new/different" since solo Junsu has always been this Junsu I'm not questionning your taste because to each their own but I'm just very confused as to why you'd think he's trying" something different here
Well, besides personal taste, I think that I'm more familiar (?) with ballad and cute Junsu (DBSK days and other post-dbsk days) than this kind of look (Tarantallegra & etc)
Shame; it looked really intereating inbteaser form, but he tried to fit too much into one song and ended up with a huge, disjointed mess suffering from unnecessary rapping syndrome.
I..don't know. I kinda like the song, but not too much and I think he keeps trying too much to come up with something unusual. Flower was amazing, this..idk

Junsu shows his skills!
Yeah, I wonder that too! I still think Junsu is the best dancer in the industry other than Stephanie of CSJH, he's a serious prodigy and always has been lol

I agree, something about his dancing is just so fluid, tension-free, and impactful. Plus he feels completely coordinated and moves together with the music with instinct and technique. Plus, his footwork is super on point, I find a lot of kpop footwork to be too light, but have you ever noticed how Junsu just stomps on his moves? It's most evident in Be The One, but he is a crazy amazing at all the elements of being a dancer. I really think he is one of the best dancers I've ever seen, no joke haha.
Knowing it would be more hip hop sounding, I figured I wouldn't be jamming to it as much. I prefer him with a strong melody. But it's so obviously structured for a live concert and got me way more hype than I expected. Yesssssssss!
The MV is way OTT, as usual, but I think I like this way more than any of his other leads. It's more cohesive. Love the tarot stuff. Love it opening with "JUSTICE". Neener neener. Lol. Thank you based Digipedi.
The dance is fantastic. I hope the 'surprise' if he gets 1M views is a dance version. Or I hope we get a dance practice regardless.
I also hate middle-part Junsu. Got worried it would make an appearance. But it's actually fine while he's in motion so much. In such beautiful motion...

i always get sad because i would LOVE to see this performed on the music shows and see BTS footage of kids watching his performance with their mouths open in shock because of how on point his performances always are.
This is so disjointed, like they threw everything they could in here. Both the song and the video have too much stuff going on everywhere.
I wonder if Junsu has surrounded himself with employees/people who only say yes to him and never give him any constructive criticism? Because this is a mess.

I love Junsu and find him to be a prodigy-level talent in singing and dancing. But oh my god, why is his taste and aesthetic so routinely terrible LMFAO. I wish he would remove one or two or five things sometimes, but that also wouldn't be him, so I guess we'll just have to go with it!

i'm late but props to the direction team for actually doing their research on the tarot! the cards, images, situations, and even the lyrics match up quite well, even when they start reversing cards near the end of the video.
the only one i would argue is hanged man but even then they get the gist much better than a lot of what pop culture does.
