Eric Nam Proves Once More That Chivalry Is Not Dead On “We Got Married”
On the May 14 episode of “We Got Married,” Eric Nam shows his chivalrous manners once more, making more and more viewers fall for him.
In the episode, MAMAMOO’s Solar and Eric Nam are searching for the perfect newlywed home for themselves. They arrive at one of the prospective dwellings which consists of several floors. The cute moment comes as Solar begins to climb up the staircase. At first, Eric Nam, who stands at the bottom of the stairs, naturally watches her ascend. However, a moment later, he suddenly looks away into a random area.
As Solar is wearing a short skirt, he quickly realizes that if he keeps watching he might see up it and accordingly looks away, impressing viewers with his considerate nature.
Solar Gets Eric Nam To Eat An Interesting Soup On “We Got Married”
What’s marriage without a little sacrifice?
On the May 21 episode of the MBC variety show “We Got Married Season 4,” Eric Nam and Mamamoo’s Solar look at potential locations for their newlywed home. After viewing a few, they stop by a restaurant to eat a late lunch, recommended by Solar. The menu? Solar’s self-proclaimed favorite of beef tripe and intestine soup.
Solar had previously mentioned this as her favorite food and Eric had promised to eat it with her. Solar says, “I wanted to introduce to him the deep taste of intestine soup.” Despite his hesitation at eating it for the first time, Eric mentions, “Since she said it’s a food she likes to eat, I thought I should try it out.”
After a few big bites, Eric says, “It’s not so bad. So it’s this kind of taste.” He soon admits to Solar, however, that, “It’s not my style,” but he continues to try to eat it for her.
Solar notices his considerate action and in her interview with producers, saying “It was possible that the food didn’t match well with him but he kept trying to eat it with me, so I was really thankful. I was touched.”
Eric Nam Confesses He Wanted To Hold Solar’s Hand On “We Got Married”
On the recent episode of “We Got Married” that aired on May 21, Eric Nam confesses that he really wanted to hold Solar’s hand.
After going on a date together, Eric Nam walks Solar home, but there’s a bit of an awkwardness between them. Solar tries to brighten up the mood by joking around with him, but the two say goodbye without getting to hug or even hold hands.
During Eric Nam’s individual interview, he confesses, “I was thinking about holding her hand. Actually, all I could think about while walking her home was holding her hand. I kept hesitating whether I should hold her hand or not.”
Solar, on the other hand, says during her interview, “I felt like I should hug him at the end. But that moment was so cheesy for me. That’s why I acted all cool.”

Date: 2016-05-22 09:16 am (UTC)I read the article about the skirt last week and I didn't get it XD she was wearing pants and it didn't seem to me that Eric was looking at other place because of her. It's not like I don't see Eric doing that in another occasion because he really seems that nice, but in this case I didn't saw what they were talking about lol
I love how when one of them acts dumb the other one follows. The goodbye was so awkward! hahaha Solar and her high fives were killing me.
