It was cute that the MCs stay there for her, if not it could have looked too empty, the dancers should have gone up to the stage too (I think I saw one but left). And it's quite refreshing that we can actually hear her sing.

Ioi is a new group though and an individual member of snsd is more popular than most of infinite, so this didnt suprise me. This song is a jam so im glad tiffany won. Hopefully this means more future solo tiffany

She won by 122 point difference, that was a close call, not the total dominance one would expect from an snsd member.

OP's semi-surprise is actually pretty understandable. Maybe you didn't notice but Woohyun was 1st on hanteo physical charts last week (which is what is counted for this week's music shows) while Tiffany is third behind BTS. And as I write to you, Woohyun is currently 5th on Melon charts, while Tiffany is 60th. Save for when she picked at 1st at the release, she usually doesn't go above 30s, and 40-60s at the lowest, while Woohyun at his lowest is around 30s and goes up to top 5 at his highest. On the other hand, Tiffany is 11 ranks higher than Woohyun on instiz. From the looks of it, it is because she's charting higher on the other charts, like Olleh or Soribada. And she has more views on youtube which shows her international appeal. So yeah, this explains why it was a tough call, because she is not doing as amazing as we expected and Woohyun is not doing bad at all. I myself am the first one surprised cause she's always been the one who stood out the most in the group to me, and we all know GGs always do well on digital charts, but it's not the case this time. It's a shame cause I've had IJWD on repeat since its release but it seems like it's not exactly SK's cup of tea. Sorry for the wall of texte, but I hope this helped put things in perspective. :)

umm i never got why there's jessica stan in this tiffany post became so bitter with this win? i thought "jess vs snsd" already dead years ago.
i'm totally not a girlgroup stan at all but seeing all the tiffany vs jessica post in omona is just ridiculous and so childish
