It's not out yet. It's for the preorders. I'm a bit confused because BTS' young forever should already be released?

you go on rankingkings.livejournal.com and you click on the "join the communauty" button. Easy as that! That way, you'll have omona posts and rankingkings posts all on your dashboard/wall.
