TVXQ will Resume Activities in Japan.

After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exclusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there.

On the 29th (today) Daily Sports Japan met TVXQ’s official from their signed Japanese label AVEX, and as quoted from the official, TVXQ members should be back to Japan to continue their full activities this fall.

The official did not mention a specific schedule, however he said that the year-end events such as “The 51st TBS Japan Record Award” (organized by Japan Composers Association) and especially “The 60th NHK Uta Gassen” are included in the current schedule.

According to Sankei Sports on the 29th, the popular group Tohoshinki will also participate in theme song for NHK new drama “とめはねっ!铃里高校书道部” that is starting on January 7th next year, the song is entitled “BREAK OUT!”

NHK side commented, “We’re gathering image as Tohoshinki is one of the most popular group in Japan right now.” While TVXQ leader U-Know Yunho said about their new song, “We hope through this song, we can give even just a little cheering hope for the youngsters.”

I’m so happy to read they will be doing full activities now, It makes me think most of the drama is over, even if I know there are a lot of things that need to be fixed… It just makes me feel safe.

this haha. i feel the same way. for some reason, i feel like they are better taken care of in japan, fandom isn't as crazy, and they are finally getting to enjoy the rewards of all their hard work there now. they are def getting the much needed attention they deserve ;)

and I happen to like their Japanese releases better, I figure I'm probably in the miniority. Theres more of a variety on the albums and even between single b-sides and all.

As much as I like their korean releases after awhile alot of the songs just sound the same and so many of their Korean songs are so similar to earlier songs by them.

I love their Japanese release simply because of the fact that epic ballads come with each album, and their music is just so much more..........diverse.
So versatile.

But likewise, I'd want them back in Korea just for Korean music obviously but it's just like how I feel with BoA; they've pretty much conquered their homeland in terms of status/popularity/quality of music/dancing, are far, far.....FAR beyond the 'idol' image, and everyone has a huge amount for respect for them there, regardless on whether the Korean media puts a spotlight on their Japanese activities or not. They really set the standard high for a group.

Plus, LOL for me it's weird seeing them on Music Core/Inki/Music Bank, just because I don't want to see them as 'another' artist on there, if you get my meaning.
