I don't really understand fully, but I think SM not interfering with them choosing to do other projects could mean that they can't make it so they aren't able to? :\ idk it's hard to grasp all this.

the only thing that was solved was the exclusivity contract. So they can have outside projects without SM's consent. But I think that's really a lesser matter in the whole spectrum of problems.

and I'm pretty sure TVXQ activities come first, I doubt SM would leave something like that out of a contract, nor would the boys necessarily disagree with it.

This clears things up and makes things easier to understand. I'm happy for them. I love all five of them together, but if the contract being 'void' does mean a break up...I'll be sad, but I'll be happy to see them LEAVE SM. Even if they aren't five again right away...or ever again...as long as they're under another company doing what they love and being TREATED FAIRLY, I'll be happy.
But I really hope they stay together, even when/if the contract is considered void...how they'll manage that I don't know since its 3/5 but...I'll keep the faith I have >_
