i am currently, right now, in this moment in the process of submitting my application for the korean government scholarship program and it's the most taxing, stressful thing i've ever had the displeasure of doing

guidelines are written in a way that requires hours of research on what they actually want, you have to reread them at least 20 times to understand What They Actually Meant and you're still not sure they won't kick you out because you put the documents in the wrong order

plus everything seems to be going wrong, i realized literally half an hour ago that i forgot to have my documents notarized in english instead of polish (honestly what was i thinking? i wasn't thinking because i was stressed and tired and haven't slept for more than 3 hours on the day i got it done) so i have to do it again, pay for it again and pray to all things holy that if i send it on monday it will get to korea by friday

also my friend's application was send back to him because the office in Poland that takes care of the applications didn't read the rules and thought he made a mistake when it was them who fucked up and now it's after the deadline for that way of applying

the second season of daredevil was released today so naturally i watched 8 of the 13 episodes today. i'm not even someone who watches episodes back to back. after two i'm usually like "this is enough for today/a few days". but the show is so good that i had to continue on every single time. jon bernthal is phenomenal as frank castle/the punisher. that man is such a wonderful actor!

anyways, i'm excited to finish the show this weekend and then i need to get back on doing some school work and some research for my thesis, sigh.

I was listening to Spotify yesterday and this Vietnamese song came on and I was all OMG WHY IS THIS FAMILIAR!?! So I had to go to these Vietnamese sites and look through comments and someone said "Seo In Guk" and I was like OMG YOU'RE RIGHT! THAT WOULD'VE TAKEN ME FOREVER TO GUESS!!!

Anyway, have a listen. They're exactly the same. I wonder if they both bought rights to the song? I think In Guk's version came out first though. His vid was dated 2012.

My friend is bored and wanted to go visit Universal Studios this week, but I'm like "nah bitch, Harry Potter doesn't open until next month." I want to go in the fall for my birthday after all the summer tourists have all gone home.

Also kinda bummed because my mom always makes the BESTEST corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day, but she's back home visiting her motherland so I got shafted this year.

recently i've been unable to sleep and in the time i've been able to sleep i'm unable to wake up for like 12+ hours which usually means i miss classes, also been feeling completely empty and devoid of any motivation. it's kind of scary since i haven't felt this way in a while without a really obvious cause.

anyways since i only recently turned legal drinking age i was wondering if anyone have recommendations for cocktails/beers bc those are pretty much the only things i haven't dived into :')

I'm getting my driver license and for now I'm only with the theory, but I'm so scared of having to drive in the future. More than for myself because I don't trust other people. I think all the time someone could appear out of nowhere and hit me. I hope I get over it once I really start. U_U

I have this green hoodie I wear everyday to work - not because it's particularly cute but it's comfortable as hell - and of course one day I decide not to wear it was St. Paddy's day and I only realized so when I left the house ha!

I want to go see the cherry blossoms in dc but apparently it peaks next wed and the weekend is gonna be the easter weekend and i don't enjoy getting trampled by people so idk what to do... :/

by the way cherry blossom frappe at starbucks is so pretty and everybody needs to try it. spoiler: it tastes like strawberry oop

My spring break has started and all I'm going to be doing is resting up and recharging~ Also I'm a little sad that I won't have many shows to watch because in the span of two weeks, I've finished Agents of Shield, Daredevil (starting season 2 soon ;u;), and The Flash! I'm a little bit disappointed about The Flash because all of the characters were so aggravating and it seemed like the actors were literally reading their scripts instead of acting???

also I recently had to buy a ring (those dirt cheap ones from ebay that look like a million bucks) because people keep flirting with me at work and it makes me so Uncomfortable so I'm just going to wear it on my ring finger so people leave me alone... Omona, do you guys have any ideas on how to deter flirting customers??

do you guys think that it's harder to make friends with people who's much younger than you? i've tried making friends with people who's way younger than me and i feel like i don't really click with them so i just stopped talking to them. or maybe it's just our personality that clash since i'm much more reserved and introverted so i always find people who's exuberant and larger-than-life a bit too much.

I feel like it's harder for me to make friends with people my age actually mostly because I don't really relate to them. I tend to feel confortable with younger ppl and older too.
But I'm really introverted too but I tend to prefer to be around extrovert ppl (as long as they are not too pushy and agressive) since I don't have to talk to much around them.
