24 hours wasn't my fave (also idk why they chose to raid snsd's oh! era wardrobe) but i'm surprised they got fifth place. tbh i was expecting don't matter to be last

i don't like yum yum as a song but i enjoyed the performance. i've been waiting for dani to get kicked out bc she's boring me to death but i wonder if she'll score higher for finally doing something

i almost forgot sejeong was in fingertips tbh. this is probably the first performance where she didn't stand out to me

I wish Chungha choreographed Fingertips. The official choreography is as meh as the song...
Yum Yum literally sounds like a (bad) Red Velvet b-side lol. I did enjoy the performance tho

I'm kinda bored with Yeunjung now. I know she's young but I still think she's quite immature in terms of working with others, she has to grow up a little bit before she can debut in a group imo. Especially compared with other girls her age on the show that handles conflict resolution much better.

I like all of the songs. 24 Hours is such a bop and so is Fingertips.

Hyeonggeun is really growing on me. She looked gorgeous, sounded great at both rapping and singing, and she can dance too! That dance break was cool. I hope she's in the final line up.
Eunbin was so lost lmao Hip hop is definitely not for her.
I like Haein now.
Seokyung is SO.CUTE.
This Suhyun girl is kinda basic. I'd rather Siwon stayed in her place...

The choreo is tragic. Chungha could've done a better job. Sejeong looks pretty as fuck. And OH MY GOD at the slayage of both Chungha and Nayoung in the same team. Too bad the choreo didn't do them justice, but even then I could get a taste of what it would be like to have them both in the final line up.
Eunwoo remains in my faves list.
The "girl crush" concept doesn't fit this song at all tho lol

The team sounds and looks amazing. They could easily debut together, although I don't really think Doyeon fits it. But she's beautiful ofc.
Chaekyung is so adorable.

None of these songs were nice, but also they are predictable/washed down versions of things that are popular/selling well lately, so I kinda get why to use them on a choosing gg reality show etc.
Only the Yum Yum team caught my attention a little, but generally everything was poor as hell.

itsp: meh. gfriend knockoff, like everyone's already said. i heard a lot of struggle vocals sans sira, yeunjung, and hyeri. but gfriend put the concept on trend, so ofc they won.

don't matter: i want this to get soyeon the justice she deserves. i have nothing else to say, besides the fact that this thankfully sounds like an actual song instead of a knockoff [fill in the blank].

fingertips: chungha would have blessed this with stellar choreography, but regardless, this is the only group that gave the immediate impression of having already debuted. nayoung outrapped cathy, bless. get those mbk girls right out of the competition, sis.

yum yum: for a song with basically no lyrics, it was pretty good. idk why they gave somi those runs when she's only able to half-ass them, and i love her. too little too late for dani to start showing a personality now, lmao. and RISE, SOYEON.

a lot of the choreo could have been better/more visually interesting

cathy is so dead faced in her parts which is weird because she was cute afterwards. i wouldn't believe you if you told me she'd already debuted. chungha was great (as was my sidefave ahn yeseul) but it didn't really feel like the kind of song where you put that kind of performance in.

hyeri is cute and doyeon is an amazon, i adore her & her gorgeousness. she had a gorgeous vocal tone at the beginning in her lower register! was that sira doubling as main vocal with yeunjung? they matched so well.

everyone in don't matter performed really well apart from eunbean, which is a shame. she'll definitely match clc though. juna & hyeonggeun, talk about versatile. i'm happy i accidentally voted for hyeonggeun once haha

basically i'd be happy to see every one of these lineups debut except the last one, which would also be fine if you took out chanmi and chaeyeon. they just didn't suit the concept imo, chanmi is too old (she looks a bit like hyo's 'smile through gritted teeth' faces during snsd's early cute concepts), chaeyeon gives me a more sophisticated vibe (or would even suit gfriend-esque concepts better) and even park siyeon, i adore her but i prefer her with girl crush/strong concepts. i do agree that this is the weakest track with the weakest choreo though.

fingertips was my favorite, hook and performance-wise, but i can see the trend that allowed itsp to win as a song choice. yumyum would've been better without the annoying repetition in the chorus and the blatant copy of rv's icc, but i can't fault the girls for trying.
