Jessica, a former member of popular K-pop girl group SNSD, has become a host for KBS Drama’s beauty program “Beauty Bible 2016 S/S,” the broadcaster announced Thursday.
The program plans to focus on useful tips about various cosmetic products and skin care tips, targeting women particularly in their 20s and 30s.


Moreover, professionals will be invited to give trustworthy beauty advice, and ordinary people will join the show for makeup tutorials.

“I’m so glad to be a host of this show, since I have a great interest in this field. I will try to introduce new detailed information to our viewers,” said Jessica.

The series has broadcast seasonally on cable channel KBS since it started in 2013.

Female singer group After School were the first hosts of the show, and other stars have cycled through since, including model Kang Seung-hyun, Hwang Kwang-hee of ZE:A and Jun Hyo-sung of Secret.

Other host members for the forthcoming program include girl group Rainbow’s Jaekyung and Youngji, a former member of disbanded girl group Kara.

“Beauty Bible” is set to air every Saturday, beginning April 2 at 7 pm.

people probably won't agree, but the original beauty bible with after school was the best one imo, after the girls left i tried to watch but it bored me and as much i liked the other idols that hosted i didn't like them on the show.
