Yeah it would have been funny to see SinB doing Jessica's part but... no. She's already compared to Jessica enough, no need to add pressure by having her doing the same role.
Also Jessica and Taeyeon had the most parts on this song, especially high notes, it's fair that the main singers of each group get these parts.

I wish the groups would have been divided to cover two songs, so that the girls left over could have been a part of this :( but I'm already really excited to see this cover of Gee !!!

Probs my fav cover of Gee was when the end of year award show back in 2009? With Suju and 2pm and i think other groups? Lol, i feel old now.
