I love love love when he's promoting solo because he always looks so dazed and happy to be where he is!!! Both songs were amazing, esp PYN. That's my fav performance so far. He slayed those vocals too.
The dance improvisation cut was adorable. He looked so flustered at first and then he owned that Bruno Mars song like a king. I can totally picture him dancing his way through everything at home.
I read somewhere that the album is doing really well physically. I'm pleased <3
He's already sold 62k in just 5 days, it's insane. And even his digitals have improved a bit. He hasn't dropped from top 50 today and has stayed in the early-mid 40s at daytime. Praying that he raises even more because this album really deserves all the recognition.
I've just read that he only needs to sale ~5K more to beat the record for best first week sales for a soloist. I feel like a proud mom or something. And it's all well deserved of course :)
Yeah, I've read that he could even surpass GD's first week sales. And he if continues doing so well he'll be the only SM solo aside from Taeyeon surpassing 100k (not counting full-time soloists like BoA ofc). It'd be great if his digitals could improve more and get some public recognition too. He worked hard for this and his album is truly magnificent this time.
He's such a sweetie. It's incredible how he can go from fierce and charismatic performer on stage to total shy and sweet kid off stage. His vocals have improved sooo much. I think nobody can deny that he's a really solid vocalist now. I don't think I have to even mention the dancing because he's just a A+++ dancer. I can't literally stop watching him slaying those choreos.
ikr. I like when he's promoting solo because he shows a bit more of his personality and opens up more, instead of being sheltered by his bandmates all the time when he's promoting with SHINee.
