i know hes injured atm and we've been told he gets to choose what projects he takes on under his studio but i still cant help but think sm is milking him for all the ¥¥¥ they can get. pushing him to take on so much work so he cant attend exo stuff/slowly phasing him out and i am not here for it.

i obviously dont agree with the knetz but hes been missing activities for like a year now, to the point where he cried at the sing for you debut stage and then sm didnt let him attend any of those shows/any of end of year shows apart from mama/japan dates/american dates. obviously hes really busy but its weird that kyungsoo/xiumin (and lbr he gets less lines than yixing)/suho/baekhyun also have been acting etc but are still made to attend concerts. it seems shady on sm's part imo

I don't understand all these k-Exo stans. If most of the chinese members leave SME - even though they've obviously put in effort to learn enough Korean to function in the group and even though they'll inevitably be caught up in years of lawsuits - the problem likely isn't that chinese people are disloyal, it's that there's a serious issue with the way they're managed/treated.

ok so, i think definitely shady on SM part. i think they do only want to use him as chinese and mandarin speaker, bc iirc he didnt attend any concert outside china/chinese speaking countries. IDK man. Maybe SM is trying to slowly phase him out...maybe it's on Lay. I just know Lay missed some of EXO's biggest tour and it didn't sit well with me. It's like his solo stuff became 1st priority over EXO schedules. I mean there is nothing wrong with promoting yourself in China or doing solo work, but Lay is practically stuck in China doing his own thing. And it doesn't help that SM is only keeping him there to do to do the work. (I mean what the heck is Xiumin and Chen doing?) I even worried if Lay was going to participate in EXO's next album?
