That hair color is a bit ehh, but he looks good. He looks the best when he's styled in that 80s-early 90s fashion, like in the pic with the ripped jeans.

Noope, award show outfits are still coordinated by stylist.. Key was only in charge for the concert outfits starting from tokyo dome last year
