That performance was terrible and I wish I could erase it from my memory, bless Baekhyun and Kyungsoo at the end for trying to save that mess. That's what happens when you travel across the world in the middle of a tour.

I honestly can't believe that they flew all the way back for this award ceremony, but with the amount of awards that they won, it only makes a tiny bit of sense that they went. I don't know how they powered through.
I mean I wouldn't have minded if they hadn't come tbh, it was unnecessary when they were across the world and in the middle of a tour. But once you are making them attend why don't schedule the tour better so that exo can fly to Korea and back to America comfortably and with time to recover properly.
Apparently they've already left Korea and will be arriving in Chicago in about 9 hours so they'll at least get a full day to "rest" before their next show.
baek sounding good or at least acceptable live has been my mantra for so long that i forgot to mention it. he was indeed good.
also when i was about to crack up at d.o. gathering his breath for a minute for his main note in love me right, i remembered how this would've been full on lip synch a few years back, and so i'm in peace now:D
if it wasn't for the makeup they would probably all look half dead.
WHAT on earth was their shitty management thinking.... having these boys fly half way across the world in the middle of a tour to only fly back the next day to finish touring. it makes no damn sense. they could have made a video message or something and still collected their awards. they didn't need to be there and they didn't need to perform... we all would have been better off without witnessing that mess but who can blame them when they have a schedule as insane as theirs. Petition to let exo rest because damn it's just ridiculous at this point. idk how they don't feel like just giving it all up.
lol so this time they sing live but the music can barely heard so their voices stick out like sore thumb
oh the rest of the performance, the audio is normal. just usual messy exo then. i never think of them as really good performers, so i consider this performance just normal for exo.
my rule of thumb for SM idols is if it's not hand held mic, it's most probably lipsync. esp the ones with full choreo. but i watched few of their fancam and i think they sing more live now compared to earlier in exoluxion tour. lol so you can imagine. good decision i guess that i'm not going to their concert again.
? i went to their vancouver stop and it was like 95% live lol. yall are so weird about EXO, they can and have put on good performances. this definitely wasn't normal for them. this as in this award show performance.
I never implied that they didn't put on a good performance though? The only distinctive voices I could definitely hear while I was at the LA show were Minseok's, Suho's & Chen's during the songs. Not 100% sure about Kyungsoo's & Baeks, but the rest were def backed with studio vocals consistently. My Answer was def live but I doubt the other choreography intensive songs were live.
Baekhyun mentioned that his throat was hurting before the show started (during the last ment), so I don't blame him at all tbh
It was still a good performance to, whether or not they were singing live or not (I'm a hardcore Perfume stan, who lipsync literally all the time)
their schedule is ridiculous i might be dead or really sick if i'm made to pull off the same thing. they look good nonetheless and i'm happy for sehun since it's his first(?) solo award
