AOA’s Chanmi Performs Difficult Flying Yoga on “Muscle Queen Project”

On the February 9 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s Lunar New Year special “Muscle Queen Project,” AOA’s Chanmi performed a very difficult routine of flying yoga alongside her mentor trainer Hyung Joo Hyun.

Chanmi had never done flying yoga before and struggled at first at having to climb onto the hammock. She was busy keeping up with the trainer in the beginning of her training. However, she showed an amazing flying yoga performance on the program and stunned everyone watching her.

They choreographed to the theme song from Disney’s “Frozen” looking like two fairies flying about in the air. Chanmi managed to pull off a flawless performance receiving quite the spotlight from the audience.

After the performance, entertainer Hong Suk Chun on the judging panel commented, “Working with the hammock is harder than you think. The fact that you were able to perform like that in such a short amount of time for training tells me that you trained hard for four to five hours every day. It must’ve been very difficult. I applaud you for your hard work.”

Hearing his comments, Chanmi broke down in tears remembering all the effort she put into the performance and training.

All cute! And the use of the 'Luv Me' instrumental made me glad as IMO it would've been a better title track & dance opportunity than Heart Attack.

This hair/make up isn't doing any favour to Yuna, but Chanmi looks better than ever. Hyejeong remains perfect.

i feel like their eyebrows dont match their faces. but the overall look is a lot better than what aoa wear normally imo
