Brave Girls to Comeback With Completely New Image and Line-Up

Girl group Brave Girls will be returning with five new members!

On February 3, Brave Entertainment said, “Three of the original members have left the group and we have added five new members for a completely new transformation.” This will be their first comeback in three years, since their 2013 release of the single “For You.”

Minyoung, Yoojung, Eunji, Yuna, and Hayoon are the new members to join Brave Girls, taking the place of Eunyoung, Seoah, and Yejin who left the group. Those three members are said to be concentrating on their studies and on their individual activities.

Brave Entertainment stated, “The new members have undergone rigorous training and possess both amazing skills as well as looks. The group’s average age has also gotten much younger and they all trained until they were completely ready to stand on stage again. We are incredibly excited to unveil the new Brave Girls to the world.”

Emerging after a long hiatus, Brave Girls are said to be undergoing the final stages of their preparation for the comeback, with various teasers and members profiles soon to be released by their company.

Producer Brave Brothers showed great confidence in the comeback, saying, “Brave Girls will return with a totally new look and will have more opportunities to meet and interact with their fans. Please look forward to Brave Girls.”

That's so funny I was literally just wondering what happened to this group today. Their debut song came up on shuffle and I realized I had completely forgotten about their entire existence. Did they ever have a follow-up to their debut even??

Isn't anyone above the age of 25 considered to be a grandma and too old to be in a girlgroup? I think the original members were around that age, so if the new girls are alot younger.... Then this would definitely be considered a good thing lmao.

I was just thinking about them the other day.... Another one of those girlgroups with some potential, but that lacked proper management/funds/good tracks.

I am also a little confused about the switching of members - that photo has six people, but if the original two members were joined by five new ones, wouldn't the group now have 7 members???

Eunyoung was the only one with real star power in the group. She could sing, dance, and had the looks. :( She was the only reason I really paid attention to them.

I never understood why Brave B would make his own group under his own company to immediatly forget about them and work with other groups (especially since he seems to have 'one' favourite group to work with for more than one comback, like Sistar, 4Minute, AOA...)
Plus they had a good debut songs and good singers...

i believe the other groups approach him when they want him to produce a track/album
he's worked w several less than a-list groups recently (hello venus, nine muses, dal shabet) i think those companies are looking for brave bros songs to get them more success. it worked for AOA after all
no idea why brave girls fell by the wayside tho, maybe it's just more lucrative to hire himself out to other companies

Oh, of course other companies would approach him, his songs tend to do well and all companies want their groups to get bigger. Not surprised that it would be more lucrative as well.
But then, I'm surprised that he even got in the Brave Girls project to begin with. He could probably give title tracks to the group and let other composers work on non-title tracks if he was so busy. Idk, it looks like someone who buys a dog because it's cute and abandon it in the summer because it's too much work.

WOW.

this song is bomb, the styling in the video is 100, and i really like the choreography. it's bitchy, lmao. i love it.

BUT. this group is so vocally challenged for me. not ONE of them has a pleasant voice. that's the only thing keeping me from REALLY loving this song...

hopefully the new line-up fixes that?

Hmmm can't say i noticed the lacking vocals, but now that you mention it, maybe. I remember liking the (autotuned) rap part the most on this song.
