Rainbow REturns with a new mini-album February 15th

According to officials, Rainbow had a hand in making the album by deciding on a concept, choosing the title song, and having Hyun Young compose a song for the mini-album. Rainbow decided on a concept that they feel suits them and it will have a sound direction they like.
