[updated!] 2PM WILL BE participating in the Concert of Hope

Before this latest update, JYPE released an announcement saying that 2PM will not be participating in Concert of Hope. They have made a mistake and this is their correction.

This entry actually reads "2PM will not participating in the Concert of Hope". But when the post got approved, there was an update to it. Sorry for the confusion!

Hello this is JYPE.

I am making a correction on our announcement about the no participation of 2PM at ‘1st The Concert of hope in Busan’

I correct that announcement that said 2PM wasn’t going to participate in ‘1st The Concert of hope in Busan’ 2PM will be participating at ‘1st The Concert of hope in Busan’.

Even until yesterday, it wasn’t assured schedule so we made announcement but it turns out that today, the schedule was changed so we are correcting our announcement.

This is because when Seoul sponsor set the contract with JYPE it was set that the concert name wasn’t named ‘1st The Concert of hope in Busan’ , it was called something else. So because of this current name ‘1st The Concert of hope in Busan’ wasn’t searched there was an error in 2PM’s schedule, and we gave confusion to the fans because of the concert name and the representative.

We sincerely apologize that this gave confusion to the fans in one day.

Yup, he's the boy from Busan. He busts out the Busan accent when he wants people to feel sorry for him and give him free shit (see episode 7 of Idol Army). He also uses his hometown as some sort of random connection to girls he's trying to impress -- in an episode of Idol Army, he told Becka from After School that they had a connection because, according to his reasoning, she's from Hawaii which is by the water and so is Busan so obviously they are meant to be. Because yes, Wooyoung, Hawaii and Busan are practically the same city (never mind that Hawaii's um, not a city). XD

Hehe, yeah, Becka's reaction was priceless although I think she found his reasoning somewhat compelling since she actually did go for him when it was time for After School to pick which guys to give their roses to. XD

Speaking of hometown connections, I'm convinced Key was especially displeased when Junsu ended up picking Taemin over him since both Key and Junsu are from Daegu.

I love Junsu's lame defense of his 'player' behavior: I JUST WANTED TO DANCE WITH SHINEE! And his even lamer justification for choosing Taemin: MY NOONA LIKES TAEMIN! Whatever, Junsu, we all know you're a cradle-robber who always goes for the magnaes: first Seohyun and then Taemin.

Khun and Minho were hilarious and Key was perfectly devilish when he oh-so-conveniently 'accidentally' blurted out that Minho said Khun was 'his type.' OH, KEY, YOU SHIT-STIRRER.

Jonghyun thought every 2PM member was going to pick him. I love how he has such a high opinion of himself. ;)

The two eps of 2PM's Idol Army with SHINee is some of the best shit ever to hit tv in any country. Just so much hilariousness:

Taec with a sign that said 'Onew, I quit smoking for you!'

Chansung yelling 'don't worry, you still have me!' when Jaebum failed to see/read the sign Key was holding up for him. And the hilarious caption 'Jaebum: 23-year-old illiterate'

Junho yelling 'No, he's my man!' about Jonghyun when Jonghyun and Jaebum were 'flirting.'

Jaebum needs to come back, and 2PM and SHINee need to co-host an Idol Army Season 5 -- it would epic.
