Probably social media + you can see the outline of a thick bandage or brace on his right knee under his trousers on the red carpet and onstage. I remember Taemin was sad during a recent interview in Japan that he was missing out on a ski resort/pension trip with friends because he was working - I'm guessing Jongin was one of those friends and that he injured the knee on said trip.

second of all, they were SO ugly on the red carpet. fuck louis vuitton and their tacky ass style. the blue suits were cuter tho, an improvement. i've been reminded how much i love dark-haired baek

third, listen, i would die for my answer. why can't the audience be quiet so i can't listen to it!! whenever baekhyun opens his mouth to sing, i gain years of my life and i also want to kiss him. i think he's my favourite voice in exo right now bc chen is adamant about doing those nasal whines so i'm shelving him until he stops. he didn't sound that bad today though. kai and chanyeol sounded nice too. this was probably one of their better vocal performances among the award shows this year. it was predictable, but i'm still proud of them getting the daesang. i'm ready for a new album and i hope they get a proper month of rest before they start preparing

there shouldn't be a new album this year these boys have been going nonstop since 2013 why can't sm let them rest?? yixing's already (possibly) going solo in china, kai and xiumin and suho all are injured, they have their own personal schedules, they have the NA tour also coming up (and they'll be coming back to korea during then bc of gaon awards iirc??) --- they honestly just need to take a long break, they're popular enough to do so, and recover properly so they don't further ruin their body until the injuries become irreparable
